I’m a perfectionist, and though I was being polite, I fully admit that in retrospect, I was being handful because I kept having the clerks adjust the photos again and again until they were to my exact liking. This ended up taking a considerable amount of time. However, in spite of that, Diane and Thomas were both extremely helpful, patient, pleasant, and above all professional. Even though I was being very nitpicky, they always had a smile on their faces and made me feel like a valued customer.
