I went to drop off an Amazon return through ups. Told I had to go to the Amazon counter. I left after I say the employee vaping at the end of the counter. He completely ignored me.

I would give less than one star if I could. We shipped a box worth approx $1000 via UPS in the Vernon, CT store. The tracking scan was created with the label . The box never arrived and there was no further tracking which tells me it disappeared in the store. The manager couldn’t be less helpful. He gave us the run around and told us to call corporate - who told us that the Vernon store is a franchise and they are responsible. They didn’t even credit us for the $70 shipping fee. DO NOT USE THIS STORE IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE TO ARRIVE AT ITS DESTINATION OR IF YOU WANT ANY ACCOUNTABILITY . Horrible customer service

Staff at the Printing center are super helpful. Patrick patiently answered my questions and helped me place an online print order.
Brianna was awesome! She was able to think out of the box and fix a refund issue.

Patrick in printing went SO FAR above and beyond to help me with my somewhat complicated (and fairly last-minute) order - I cannot state how thankful and impressed I am with his professionalism and helpfulness. He was great and I’ll be looking for him again the next time I need printing done from this Staples.

The guy at this store is an idiot. He refused to help me when I called about an online order that I had placed. If I had known, I would never have ordered something from staples. All I was doing was to confirm they got it. ------ the store --- NOT HELPFUL.

I was so impressed with Rehan in the printing dept, he was so kind patient and professional helping me fax a bunch of very important documents, as well as marketing all that staples offered to a business owner. Staples hold on and promote this young man. He’s a gem.

I tried to use the self service printer and first had to put a $5 deposit on my credit card.Then the printer repeatedly wouldn't recognize my flash drive. I tried to get some help from the staff but they all totally ignored me when I spoke to them. So, I ended the process but the printer didn't spit out a receipt. No idea if or how much I got charged. I will be watching my credit card transactions like a hawk. This Staples is basically useless and annoying.

Dony was so friendly and helpful! He could have just quickly rang up our order but instead offered to load the Staples app for us and checked a few different options to make sure we got the best deal on our purchase. He went above and beyond. Super employee!!

Customer service has been consistently excellent, associate Sharona (spelling) has always been personable and enthusiastic. Print and marketing services has also been excellent for package shipping, materials generation, and general services.
