Checked in online. Arrived at my checkin time. Was in a chair shortly after arriving. Described what I wanted for a cut. The stylist finished my cut in a reasonable amount of time to my satisfaction. 1st time at this location and would go back again.

Came back again, so kind of her to write down his haircut. Teens are hard to please but he was so happy. Perfect cut again!
Perfect cut by Charlize again!!!, but there was more. Natalie, maybe the manager? What an incredibly hard worker. They were so busy, and she greeted everyone with so much kindness, and she cared about people's time. I just always get a great vibe in there. I hope that whoever owns the place or the regional manager really knows how great they are ❤️

Stylist was very intuitive. I arrived very stressed out & she let me sit quietly with eyes closed while I decompressed from my stressful morning during my cut ..... probably sounds strange, but was what I needed.
