From the start, Scott was accommodating and flexible with my difficult schedule—something I deeply appreciated while managing a family member’s health issues. He never used any high-pressure tactics or the typical “used car salesman” approach. Instead, he was patient, straightforward, and willing to work around my needs. When I arrived at the dealership, I was pleasantly surprised to see him chatting with people from the neighborhood like old friends. He immediately introduced me, treated everyone respectfully, and then politely shifted his attention to me since I had traveled quite a distance.
