For 2 days I left a pkg for the mailman to pick up at my mailbox with a return lable both days he left it in fact took my pkg out and left it on the porch and put the weekly Vernon paper in my mailbox the label was up so they could read the lable and see it's a return lable

Post guy delivered my package to a parcel locker and forgot to leave the key to get into the locker…. Called them and it took 2 hours for them to resolve this problem. I wait all day for my mail and then when it says it’s been delivered it’s not even there.

After failing your delivery late in the day they put in “held at customer request” when they don’t have time to deliver your package to “stop the clock”. I definitely didn’t request it to be held at the post office. Bad business practices. 🤷🏻♀️ very annoying.

Very helpful people here, helped me to mail a package and I happened to leave a hat behind by accident and when I went back they were already kind enough to have packed it so the local carrier could deliver it to my house since they knew the address from me sending a package .. they went beyond their job today and I felt it important to point out excellent service when I see it.

If I could give a minus star I would! The postman pulled up to our mailbox, opened it, put a few letters in and then tried to shove a package in. It wouldn't go in so he mashed the box and jammed it into the mailbox. I watched him from my upstairs window. Then he drove away, obviously happy because he didn't have to get out of the truck and put the package on our front step. My husband is out there right now with a box cutter trying to open the package while it's still in the mailbox because he literally can't pull it out, it's jammed in so tightly. On top of this there is mail behind the box so my husband has to completely destroy the outer box of our package, take the contents out, then take out what's left of the package to get to our mail. If there were two of these packages, we would likely have to destroy our mailbox to get this out . This is unacceptable and this is why the post office has such a lousy reputation. If the post office were still open today I would have called it directly and made that guy come back out here and take my package out of the mailbox! DO BETTER POST OFFICE.

Beware of unprofessional and incompetent staff. I went to ship a few packages and had prepaid labels. I asked the postal worker at the front desk if I was using the correct materials for the shipment. She said yes and began processing my order. Come to find out I was supposed to be using Free Priority mail envelopes, so I went back in and explained the issue with my receipt asking if I could remedy the issue. The manager rudely said “sorry the packaging is already used, so now you know better for next time or just ask a worker.” I did ask, and was given incorrect information. The employee that did my order sat there looking at me while the manager said this, and did not speak up at all. Long story short I ended up having to eat the cost of packaging even with my prepaid labels despite asking a postal worker if I was using the correct packaging. Giving one star because at least the place was clean.

Positive experience processing a passport. All employees were working to satisfy the customer- answering questions, repeating the answer again and again to clarify, accommodating a wheelchair customer.It’s a busy place and employees work together to get the jobs done. 3/12/24
