We have seen Dr. Cotthaus for many years and this visit was with Dr. Nedder who was great at diagnosing my Louie's sore back. I am always happy with the care my pets receive from this practice. My last 2 kitties and now my pup.”
“I switched vets to Glastonbury Veterinary Hospitol for my 2 dogs. I'm so glad I did! They give great service for young and elderly dogs. And I really feel like my dogs are in better hands than they were with the larger middletown group. They are much more personable, have a smaller attentive staff, and give a lot more advice. Highly recommended!

“Dr Roy and her whole staff always make our visits feel as if we're part of a family...a home away from home, when my furry baby needs a little tune up. The travel time to Tolland is worth it, compared to being charged an arm and leg and then pressured to over-vaccinate, etc, at other vets. Special props to Lisa, my family friend, and Chelsea for being awesome techs! No wonder you got a rock on your finger Chelsea ?”

“Where can I give 10 stars? We own 2 big dogs, 1 of whom is terrified of vet check ups from previous experiences. The veterinarians at Beckett are so wonderful & in tune to dog behavior- they allowed our pup to be seen in a separate barn area to avoid having to see other dogs in the main area & be in a quieter space for his fear. They successfully were able to check him/ get some lab work done quickly and efficiently. Dr. Webb is fantastic and even though we recently moved and are 30+ minutes away from this vets office we will continue to make the drive here for their service, that is well worth it! Thank you!”
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about the receptionists, techs, and veterinarians at Ellington Center Clinic. I was unfortunately blessed with a chronically ill dog who required frequent visits, and every single person there went above and beyond to accommodate her and make her feel loved and cared for.
They treated her like family, and they loved her just as much as I did. The compassion, kindness, and care they provide to every animal is truly unmatched. I will forever be grateful for the way they cared for my girl and for the love they showed her throughout her life. ❤”

“Excellent practice from the front staff to the doctor. Our cat was treated with love and professionalism. After a horrible experience at another vet, we were concerned of establishing with a new practice. The assistant was caring and loving. We saw Dr. Willis who was so kind and did an extensive assessment where our Cat did not complain at all. I definitely recommend this practice to anyone seeking excellent care for their loved pets.”

“The staff of MVC are awesome. I find that the doctors are knowledgeable and care about my pets. I was very impressed with Dr Laufer. She examined Sasha on 01/20/2026 and noticed her bumps throughout her body. I find the doctor was more thorough and measured her bumps. I was concerned with my last couple of visits but the doctors were not concerned at the time. I think measuring the bumps made sense so we can monitor and compare for her future visits. Thank you to Dr Laufer for being more thorough and helping us get through Sasha’s visit. I hope to see Dr Laufer on our next visit to MVC. ?✌???”

“I took my dog in for an emergency. We received excellent service from the moment we arrived; everyone was very kind and available to answer all our questions. My dog was admitted to the hospital. The next morning, they called to update me on his condition and the medical procedures. The doctor spoke with me and explained my dog's condition. When we returned to the hospital, the staff were very kind and empathetic, allowing us to spend as much time as we wanted saying goodbye to our dog. After seeing everything involved in the procedures, I was truly amazed by the cost—the price was very reasonable. Excellent service.”

“My pet was seen on a Sunday which was an absolute plus. The young ladies at the front desk ( Gillian and Destiny) were kind, attentive to both my pet and my self. I also could see both ladies interacting with other clients/pets where the ladies were very professional and understanding. Since transitioning to the Glastonbury office my pet enjoys going to the vet as well as getting pets from the staff!
