She was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. She took her time with each exam and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely confident that my parrots were in excellent hands. Her staff was also wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Hensen was absolutely worth the trip, and I would highly recommend her.”

I could’ve saved some money if I had only asked for a technician instead of a vet to administer the shot, but I was not informed of this when I phoned in for the appointment, I think the staff should inform the people of this when they’re making the appointment. “I took my dog in for an emergency. We received excellent service from the moment we arrived; everyone was very kind and available to answer all our questions. My dog was admitted to the hospital. The next morning, they called to update me on his condition and the medical procedures. The doctor spoke with me and explained my dog's condition. When we returned to the hospital, the staff were very kind and empathetic, allowing us to spend as much time as we wanted saying goodbye to our dog. After seeing everything involved in the procedures, I was truly amazed by the cost—the price was very reasonable. Excellent service.”

The travel time to Tolland is worth it, compared to being charged an arm and leg and then pressured to over-vaccinate, etc, at other vets.
