I donât know why this store has such low ratings, I went in after losing my phone in a car fire they handled all the customers that were waiting before me no issue. Got me up and running with a new phone on my current plan all in under an hour. Everyone in store was polite and knowledgeable

Manny & Aries was super helpful and patient with us. They helped my 11 yr old grandson pick out a new phone, transfer data from his old phone, put on the screen protector and case. They even took the time to explain to my grandson how to properly care for his phone. This was a wonderfulâŚeasy transaction. I will definitely return to this location for future needs.

HORRIBLE customer service & they are LAZY. A lovely employee by the name of Alize was able to break down all of the issues weâve been having and if they mention ANYTHING about a new promotion do NOT accept the offer every employee is out to scam you for commission. Worse experience ever

The distracted employee who was flirting or chatting with a customer/friend on Wednesday, December 20th around 6/7pm, closed my account (and shut off my internet) without my permission when I came to return my tv equipment. They asked me no questionsâ just turned it all off. I checked my receipt and it stated âreturned equipmentâ so I thought everything was fine. But when I arrived back home to work, I had no internet access. After going through several prompts and circles to speak with a representative (who was nice), they said that they couldnât undo what the employee did and that if I wanted to reconnect my internet I would need a new account, pay whatever the new rate is, and get a credit check. Ridiculous.On top of that, when I came to write a review an article popped up about Xfinity being hacked. âAlthough Citrix patched the vulnerability in October, Xfinity learned that unauthorized users gained access to its internal systems between Oct. 16 and Oct. 19, revealing customer data. For some people, that included their names, contact information, account usernames and passwords, birthdates, parts of their Social Security numbers and answers to their security questions.âHave a higher standard Xfinity. Protect your customers and train your in-store employees better.

If I could I would give their customer service a zero because none of them when you call no one knows what they're doing and I've only been with them for not even 2 months and everyone does not communicate correctly very one person says something and then they don't do it and I've been having so many problems since I began the internet itself is great but the customer service sucks

Worse customer service experience ever! I feel bad for this generation, they were all busy playing on there phones or getting ready to watch a movie. I've had nothing but trouble paying my bill by phone(discontinued this service) can't get the app to upload on my phone. Can't speak with customer service by phone or in this store either. I'm glad I'm switching to Frontier Fiber Optic.
