Advance Auto Parts receives praise for its customer service. Many customers describe the staff as wonderful, patient, and friendly. One person helped a customer find a special order part by contacting another location and providing an online resource. Another customer had a new battery installed; the staff removed the old battery and replaced it with the new one, and the customer recommends the store. Even when items were not in stock, the staff called another store and went above & beyond to help. A customer who could not find a tail light was served with an in‑stock new headlight bulb, and the staff stayed to help even when the store was about to close. The store hired at least one excellent person, and customers note that staff stay to help, provide free services, and keep customers safe while driving home. Overall, customers note excellent customer service, helpful staff, and a willingness to stay and assist.
I just stopped in for wipers blades and the staff member was so helpful! Found me great blades at a great deal and installed them for me. Definitely will be back!

Got new wiper blades and fluids. The guy at the counter was very nice and did not make me feel any type of way unlike other places that see me, a woman, and provide a different attitude towards. Will definitely come back here cause the service was great.
