I had a great experience at the AT&T store thanks to Brittany! She was incredibly helpful in breaking down my bill and finding ways to lower it. I left with a much better understanding of my plan and felt confident about my choices. Today I had a 2 hour wait and Jose and Brittany were excellent employee to work with. The went above attention to got my needs taken care of. However I am a hired that it took me and them the 2 hours on and off hold to resolve our issue.

Jose goes above and beyond for his customers. We switched over from another carrier and had multiple problems. Jose did an incredible job handling every obstacle and provided a level of customer service you just can’t find these days! I highly recommend Jose if you are considering AT&T!

Went there to see about updated plans to see if I can lower my bill a bit, along with upgrading my device. Both of my needs were met with professionalism by the associate I was working with named Brittney. While there, she did a great job answering my questions and understanding my needs. I also observed her helping others in the store who needed help during the couple of moments when there was an open moment during her time with me. I want to commend her for showing compassion and empathy towards an older woman who was not sure how to do something on her phone. Brittney patiently demonstrated how to use the map app, all while teaching her a bit on how to type into the interface.
