My wife called the store and asked about wiper blades and if they would install them for us. On the phone said yes then once we arrived the manager stated he was uncomfortable installing them on my car. The manager was very rude and cannot be taken on his word. Very bad customer service!! We will never do business with this Autozone again.

Came in to buy an air flow sensor and they sold me the incorrect one. Had to go to a different autozone to get the right one. Turns out that the one I originally paid for was more than the one I actually needed. Wasted my time AND overcharged me.

Maybe just an off day but one of the gentlemen at the front desk was unpleasant, sarcastic and demeaning. I intended to go to this business for help on an auto part due to my lack of expertise and he was oddly passive aggressive about my lack of knowledge and a multitude of unprompted suggestions even including I learn more and additionally told me as a “women” I should do better…just an odd interaction and a very areogant employee.
The other employees were helpful though and went the extra mile all while the other gentlemen did not leave the front desk. Will never go back and would even put in a formal complaint if I knew his name.

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. As soon as we walked in, the employee behind the register treated us poorly and didn’t want to help us, showing a terrible attitude. Another employee had to assist us. Awful, we’re not coming back.

Old man up front was more interested in eating his Mcdonalds and trying to upsell me instead of trying to offer me help. Felt very unwelcome.
Went to OReilly 2 minutes down the road and they helped me immediately, and helped install the part I needed.

On a 14 day road trip from Alabama and car wash took out windshield wipers. Friendly staff had wiper blades in stock and installed them quickly at no extra charge

Kyle at Wallingford’s AutoZone is wonderful ! Whether it’s getting a battery change or new headlights, Kyle changes them out with a smile and makes the stress of car issues disappear instantly. He is the perfect example of customer service with a smile!

My wiper broke all of a sudden during a bad rain storm and Kyle was nice enough to not only show me different options and how to protect my windshield but even replaced the wipers for me. The service was quick and they were very friendly.

Called up while in a hurry, Clarence was a gentleman while I fumbled to remember the exact model I drove. Once in the store, he came out to help me make sure I was correct, then did all of the leg work to get me everything I needed. Calm, knowledgeable, and personable. I’ll gladly drive from New Haven back to Wallingford for his guidance

I had a very helpful visit recently. Needed to change my car fob batteries, which I had no idea how to do. The associates here not only helped me figure out which one I need, they algo helped me chango it free of charge. I highly recommend it and plan to come back again
