I was shopping like I regularly do and as I was walking by the booth of AT&T inside this Bj’s, the sale representative FELIX OLIVO stop me and told me that he had a deal for me, I told him that I was paying $131 on my old company and he told me that it was a lot of money and that he had the perfect deal and I assured me that I was going to pay less than that.I asked him multiple times how much I was going to pay, he told me that I was going to pay less than that. But now I receive the bill and is $638 and the second bill is going to be $175 I was paying $131I asked him if he wasn’t lying He told he wasn’t lying that if he lies he’s getting fired.The worse FELIX OLIVO

Today my husband and I went to the Wallingford CT location to get our free turkey. We were hesitant at first, knowing we were asking for a free product. We walked in and Nash was so helpful. She was pleasant and friendly and helped us with ease. It really turned our day and experience around. She deserves the world. Thanks Nash!!

Women's bathroom was disgusting. Pipe dripping rusty water back near the cold cases and freezer sections n in the back. Manager seemed apathetic when approached about the state of the bathroom. Just drive the extra miles to one of the other in the area.

The new manager Steph and her staff at the deli in Wallingford are amazing. Such a huge difference in a short time. seriously. Her attitude and demeanor shines through in their teamwork and friendly attitudes.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. This place has horrible customer service. I bought 5 bags of grinder rolls for my son’s first birthday party, I did curbside pickup because its easier with my young son. I got home and noticed the next day that all the rolls were moldy and I had thrown my reciept away. I wanted to exchange them, I got to the front desk and Adriane was working. She gave me an attitude because I had no reciept. She huffed and puffed while she called for help and then she told me to wait ‘over there because thats going to take a while.’ Meanwhile there was a line behind me. She helped 2 people before trying to help me. I finally spoke up and asked when she plans to help me, and she said that ‘thats going to take a while.’ I asked why she was being so rude to me, she gave me no answer but continued to be rude. Eventually she got my rolls rung up and needed a manager override, so manager ‘bonnie’ came and hit the wrong button which cancelled my entire order. No apology from anyone. What should have taken 5 minutes took 20 and not a single person was kind to me. I will be cancelling my membership and I will never go back here, I hope these people are fired. They really shouldn’t be working in customer service anyway.

Great prices when you buy in bulk. You do pay a price to become a member, but then you save quite a bit. The quality of the products is very good. The only thing that I dislike is that even though you pay a membership fee, you still are directed to self checkout. If I pay a company to shop I think they should be willing to provide excellent service like humans at checkout.

I asked an employee at the service desk about a floor model tv that was for sale. He said to just take it off the shelf and bring it to the front when im done shopping. When I was done, I brought the tv to the front and the woman working there started freaking out about how I wasnt supposed to take it off the shelf. She then started to act like I was trying to steal a TV and questioned everything about it. Another worker told her it was supposed to have 10% off the floor models and she refused and charged me full price. This woman needs help and should not be working at the service desk. I will be going to Southington BJs from this point on.

It's after work 5:00 and they have 1 person at the deli to serve people. With an average of 3-4 people waiting. Im next but have been next for at least 10 minutes. Not the 1 person who is trying to take care of everyone fault. Poor management and scheduling

This location continues to go downhill. Their rotisserie chicken is burnt. They treat their clients like criminals. I would avoid this wholesaler and all of their locations.

As the saying goes, “buyer beware”. Downloaded 5 digital coupons using the BJ’s App. After going thru the self serve registers I noticed two of the coupons worth $1.00 each did NOT get deducted. Went to the Service Desk and they promptly refunded me the $2.00. Of course I asked what happened and was told it must have been a “glitch” and it happens all the time. BUYER BEWARE!
