Get everything in writing if you choose this company. I was quoted a price, paid, then told the piece I'd selected was unavailable and another less expensive piece was shipped. When I asked for the difference (several hundred dollars), the owner of the company treated me like trash - hostile, angry, aggressive. Truly the single worst \\\"customer service\\\" experience of my life. This was for a memorial cup for my late husband. Proceed at your own risk.
