Worst place ever. Never go there because they never say the truth. Been waiting for my tittle since July of last year, it’s been almost a year and they keep telling me I will get it in 2 weeks. The DMV is waiting for the documents they asked for and they have not send it. I’m definitely taking legal actions against this “company” this is trash.

I would never do business with these people, simply because of how they treat others. We picked up a truck for a customer today that wouldn’t start even though they advertised it as a running vehicle with videos. Our driver asked them to help him get it started to load on the trailer and they refused saying it was not their problem & then charged our customer to “tow it” onto our trailer. WHAT?? Talk about pour customer service. Then their secretary has signs all over her desk saying “beware of Secretary” like they are proud to treat people poorly. Our employee also asked where he needed to park to load the truck on our trailer… which our truck/trailer combo is over 80’ long and one of the guys cussed and yelled at our employee because “they get trucks in there all the time”.

Paid this company to register a vehicle they turn around and wrote DMV a check with insufficient funds now I get a letter from DMV saying they’re going to revoke my license unless paid was told by the office would be paid by Friday. No phone call keep getting the runaround going to make, a formal complaint with DMV so they are not allowed to register vehicles any longer. Along with Better Business Bureau and consumer protection

Well it has not been a full year since I purchased a car for my daughter, and now it needs over 4K of work. Cadilick converter , engine belt and transmission issues. During the warranty I brought car back asking about a issue we noted. Hesitant and jerking when the car reached over 40 miles per hour and they said nothing was wrong. I went through a terrible divorce and this was my only opportunity to get my oldest a safe reliable car for college and we were told the car would last at least a few years and be safe
The receptionist was super nice and helpful with the sell. But I do think possibly they sell lemons now. For this car was visually impeccable low mileage and appeared fine. Lesson learned. I am planning to buy my second daughter a car this May and prior to this accruing I would have brought my business to them again. But only to have the car less than a year and 4K of work plus we needed new tires and alignment and more even a oil change and my daughter hasnt even driven 3k on car since purchase I will unfortunately have to bring the second car purchase else where. It’s a shame. We trusted and bought cash out right and are good people and yet we were sold a lemon ….. again we mentioned this issue with the 90 day warranty and they claimed nothing was wrong. The mechanic we are now seeking repairs stated this has been a problem for some time and the seller woukd have known. Thank goodness my daughter is safe and the transmission didn’t drop while in highway driving. I question the skills of the mechanics again the receptionist was super nice but the owner and garage need to do better with the reliability of the cars they are selling. A9k car should last at least a year!

They towed my car wrong, told me they can tow my car any way they want because of the type of car it is, (which is wrong by the way) won’t let me see how they towed it and can’t explain how they towed it. Don’t go to them because they’ll give you the run around and tell you 500 different things.

Extremely unprofessional. They don’t know what’s going on. Dispatcher can’t give ETA. Drivers don’t know where they’re going. Lack of communication, don’t waste your time.

These are evil, cruel, and rude people that will kick you when you are down. My drivers rear wheel hub sheered off. After paying over 400 out of pocket to have my already damaged car towed, they literally dropped it 2 feet off the flatbed and blew out the front tire and bent the wheel. Called them about it, they said they had photos of it being already like that. Asked for the evidence, I was yelled at, told me they were closed. It was 2:30, they close at 5. They are liars, and scammers. If you are forced to deal with them get pictures and videos. Update: emailed them the proof of them damaging my vehicle, called them, they are ignoring me.
