“Based on the Google reviews I called this branch to inquire about opening an account. The lady I spoke with was extremely sweet. I decided to go ahead and open an account with them.
I went in the branch and was immediately greeted by all the tellers. Diane was the staff member that assisted me in opening my account. She was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She answered all of my questions she had tips/suggestions. I did tell her that I chose Cornerstone based on the great reviews. She was very happy to hear that.
If you’re unsure of a credit union, you will not regret this one. Whenever I call or visit, I don’t receive attitude nor employees making me feel uncomfortable, nor like I’m inconveniencing them. You can tell employees at Cornerstone enjoy their jobs.
