“Out of all the Dollar Trees I have been, this one is undoubtedly the best, so far. It is exceptionally tidy, everything is well arranged and there is no shortage of items. Moreover, there are no obstructive boxes/items left in the aisles and the staff members are pleasant and proactively offer their assistance. Prices are of course very reasonable.”

“I went to the Dollar General during the Corona Viruses epidemic.. l was lucky to find toilet paper , lysol wipes and hand sanitizer.. the staff was friendly and helpful. Also they had tape on the floor to assure people were 6ft apart. I will definitely go back”
“TLDR: staff was incredibly friendly but istle were cluttered.
I walked into the store knowing that there was an item on sale for 50% off original price (3 > 1.50). The item did not ring up correctly so who I can assume the manager came over. Looked at the sign and over-rode the items to make them the correct price. All 17 of them. On top of that after you make a purchase there is a $5 of 25 coupon that you receive on the bottom of your receipt. They had a few floating around and without me asking the manager offered to put one onto my order as it qualified. I walked out of the store with a original total of something around $54 and only ended up paying $29. The only complaint I have is that some of the istle were cluttered with product carts. However that is wider problem with dollar general because I have seen it at other stores. Overall would go back!”
“They just remodeled this store with much more merchandise and a lot of top brand names. Make sure you don't forget to sign up for their online coupons which always helps in the wallet!”

“The shop is not exactly a dollar tree shop it's a combination of dollar tree and general stores..
Very few sales people are there insufficient to assist when it's crowded.
neighborhood people can step in and buy things but if you are a new person to the shop you can refer to the board hanging in each section..
When compared to the dollar tree shop the price is a bit higher..
Most appreciated thing is all type of cosmetics, kitchen items and all house hold things are available.except groceries..”
“It's a family Dollar one in the same of all different things you need one space to grab it definitely not overpriced hence the name of the store they're always busy and I don't mean like a lot of people in the store I mean the workers at the store are always busy stocking shelves or doing stuff so you kind of have to maneuver around stuff but again worth saving money”

“I’ve been to many Dollar Trees in the area. They are usually the same.Close out products and lots of their own brand items.The past 2 years I have noticed that they are selling SOME Holiday decor items comparable to Michaels and Hobby Lobby for a fraction of the cost (usually $1.25 - although in some in some of the posher communities they have small sections called Dollar Tree Plus of which items can cost up to $5).The store in Cheshire is definitely one of the cleaner stores and the cashier there are severely overworked.Each and EVERY time I go there, they only have one cashier with the line 6-15 deep with her going on the overhead speaker between customers saying “Back up” with a pleading and hopeful look on her face.The ladies (sorry boys I have never seen a male at this location…probably accounts for the tidiness of the location) all seem to be very helpful - but as l mentioned the employees who work the register are visibly frustrated.Now that I live in Cheshire, I will probably not be going to the other locations as much…My opinion of the other local stores-Wallingford - 4/5North Haven - 4/5Hamden - 2/5Meriden 2/5”
“The people that are employed here are awesome workers or at least the ones I deal with. I love going to this store they have everything I need and sometimes more. Just in all around okay store. I gave it four stars because they could have some better quality of items. Lol but it is the dollar store.”
“I just have to say Kyle is the BEST associate I have experienced in all of the dollar trees I have been in. He has an exceptional personality!!! He makes me smile everytime I go in. He is so positive, happy, and pleasant to every customer. Hopefully he is there for awhile! Thank you Kyle for a great shopping experience. “The store is grossly understaffed and the workers take no pride in their service of customers. If it wasn't for the deals that you may find I would and have avoided shopping there. Also, and this must be said, I haven't met one employee that would go out of their way to help a customer in need. Not to mention the 4 registers that are never open, they keep one open no matter how many customers are waiting. Avoid at all costs”
