I dont leave many negative reviews except where they are deserved! My daughter had her nails filled 7 days ago for her birthday. Cost $60 which is average rate so no complaining there. But she came home and said one nail had a crack in it and one of her designs she paid for was smudged. Being only 14 she didnt speak up at the time. Within 5 days of getting them done the cracked nail broke right at the crack and she lost another nail in addition. Now 2 nails off within 1 week I contacted the salon since this was her first time trying this place because our normal location was closed. The woman who answered stated loosing 2 nails in a week is normal and would be $5 each to repair. I denied wanting to make an appointment to repair because I have NEVER lost a nail within 5 days of havng mine done and I will just go back to my normal salon. She said "thats fine". So clearly she didnt care about customer service.

I sent my wife their today for a pedicure and as i sat in car and relaxed she came out 14 mins later and was done. This was the worse pedi she ever got she didn’t get to relax at all they rushed her in and out and she was only customer their. Oh yeah this also included painting her nails so that shows you how much attention they spent on her.

She used a dremel to remove the yellow from my natural nails and they are so compromised now and peeling like crazy. She should have known better; and I should have known better than to let her do it.

LOVE this place! it is small and only 2 people that work there but they manage it very well and are always pleasant! Mai does an amazing job on my nails every time and i don’t trust anyone else to even do them!

I felt the need to leave a review because my experience was way different than others I've read about. I went as a walk in for a fill, I was taken right away. I had square nails that I wanted to make more of a rounded shape. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for, and that's what I left with. I've already made my next appointment. Prices are very reasonable, and I am thrilled with how my nails are looking!

This lady is so talented with her job and has a nice personality including the guy that works there. They do very good pedicure and manicure. This is the best nail salon in CT!

I needed to find a new nail salon, and trust me this is the place to go! She was very very nice and had a great personality!! She took her time on my acrylics and did a design on every nail and took her time! Also very decent pricing! Love this salon!!

Absolutely aweful. Two people that have no idea what they are doing should not be in the nails business at all. Overpriced. Inexperienced. Id rather chop my fingers off than go back to this place.

Stay away... My friend and I came in and no one else was there... These guys completely rushed through the pedicure. I would never ever suggest this place... Not to mention they don't clean their stuff. Completely unsanitary!

The lady did a very quick job, wasn't enjoyable but I'm satisfied with the acrylic nails, they've lasted me a little more than 3 weeks. PS DONT GET EYEBROWS DONE FROM HERE. I asked for a clean up, now I'm left with barely any eyebrows.. Awful
