Don't even deserve a 1 star. Worse service worse customer service. Schedule appointment for? When Steve is the guy? Told me 2 hour wait. I kindly asked if he can put tires on my car I had brought them bought already and he ignored me. The alignment was done with horrible tires. All they care is for the money. No communication what so ever. I kindly asked how was everything and he didn't give eye contact nor responded. Just a pay and go. I dont recommend this location.

It's fine. If you have all day for an oil change and you know enough not to get sold any blinker fluid, they do half decent work. They do oil changes on MINIs, which is nice.

Worst shop ever, went there to see why my battery kept dying, I put in a new alternator, battery and starter prior to this. They stripped my bolt to my battery and told me I need a new alternator, I took the alternator out and had it tested by three different places said was good and found out it was just the ground wire needed to be fixed. They have no clue what they are doing, a waste 140 dollars and my time

Tried to drop off 5 gallons of used oil and front desl told me they couldn't take the 1 minute to dispose of it. Waste of time..

To add the guy at the front desk was just sitting their playing on his phone. I guess he is too inconsiderate to help. Won't bother going here again nor do business with them.

This is the worst shop in Wallingford area. Do not waste your money here I came with fully brakes. They broke my caliper so they can charge me more.They don’t even deserve one star. Very unprofessional and disrespectful and route don’t go to this place. You’ll be wasting your money and don’t break your car even more very very bad service.

Tires were not at store for scheduled appointment. They did not complete the scheduled services. Went and got services finished at a different store. Great deal on tires but terrible experience.

I have been very happy with the service at this location. They need to make a better waiting area, especially some counter space and chairs so people can work on their laptops while they wait.

Do not go to this business. These guys are thieves. They are just plain disgusting. I went there 8/15 with a perfectly functioning vehicle that just needed a wheel alignment. They ran a diagnostic and then said that my warranty company would not pay for an alignment. Then they tried to get me to buy tires which I declined. I drove away and a block away my engine light and ESC light went on. I went back and asked them what did they do to my car. They said just bring it back tomorrow and we'll run a diagnostic to see what the problem is. Another diagnostic? More $$$$. So I did not feel safe driving the car so I called AAA to have it towed to another shop. The tow driver being a little knowledgeable asked what was wrong with the car. I explained what happened. He said to pop the hood. As soon as he opened the hood he said this is your problem right here. Someone had pulled a hose. I don't know what the hose is called but when he connected the hose we shut off the car and when we turned it back on problem solved. No dash lights on car running fine. I'm an older woman who they tried to get over on. Shame on them.

took my company vehicle to have a tire fixed and an oild change, when I went to pick it up I dropped off my mercedez bens for window repair however when I picked up my company car i went about a mile down the road and noticed that the engine light was on, so I went back to Firestone and they looked at it and the engine light had come on because the mechanic had forgotten to plug back in some connector. THATS A BIG FAIL IN MY VIEW, in my opinion Firestone is hiring employees that are inferior and or dont want to work, as a result I took back my Mercedes back out and was not going to let them work on my Mercedes. I am tired of FIRESTONE always not wanting to look at a vehicle have to beg them to look at it, I have been a loyal customer of FIRESTONE, rest assure I will not be using FIRESTONE FOR ANYTHING. REAL BIG FAIL AND YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER...

Needed a simple tire repair and made an appointment. Somehow they took well over an hour to remove a stupid nail. Tried to convince me i needed to replace my two front tires because the treat is dangerously low and if it was any lower they wouldn’t even do the repair. They thought they had a sucker because i’m a middle aged woman. my tread is well within the safe range. then they gave me a report with everything that needs attention. total bogus. they are scam artists beware.

Beware!!! Of the Wallingford Firestone
The lack of do-diligence after an improper diagnose and service which was far more costly than the actual issue. I faced more delayed time and money in pursuit of fairness and acknowledgement of a service that was not needed. While, they dodged the issue for four months giving an alternative offer of $500 from my actual claim of $856.90 Just presents they take pride of being dishonest while they present you take a cut and shut up!!!!
