The vacuums are nice, the wash itself isn't bad, but for $20, the wheels always come out 5x dirtier than when they came in...
I don't know what you guys have to do to fix this, but it's seriously a problem.
Maybe make an option that I can takeoff the tire shine while I still want the ceramic coating and all the other chemicals.
oh also, the tire shine flings onto my paint and it leaves a bunch of black spots that I have to scrub off every time I wash it.
I want all of the chemicals that come with the best wash, but this makes it very difficult to justify having the membership or purchasing the wash.

This car wash does a good job washing your car if you keep up with washing it regularly. People on here cry about it not cleaning well enough. They mistreat their car for months then expect this car wash to get it looking like new. Wash yoyr car by hand really well then go here weekly and your car will stay clean. Do a monthly pass and you'll get washes all month long. Stop the whining.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed After Two Washes
I visited this car wash and paid for the Platinum wash, expecting a high-quality clean. After the first run-through, I immediately noticed that the entire front of my vehicle was still dirty, including the mirrors and bumper. I brought it to the staff’s attention, and they offered to send me through again for a complimentary Diamond wash, which I appreciated.
However, even after the second wash, the front of my Lincoln Corsair was still noticeably dirty — the kind of dirt that should have easily come off with a proper pre-spray or attention to detail. I took clear photos after both washes showing the grime that remained.
For a top-tier service, I expected better. If you’re paying for premium washes, you should receive a thorough clean — not rushed or incomplete work. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and emphasizes better quality control and attention to customer satisfaction.

Thank you for your response, but I need to clarify a few things, as your reply does not reflect what actually happened.
At no point were we advised that our vehicle needed to go through twice, nor were we told that the issue was tree sap—because there was no tree sap on the car. You can see in the photos that there is no tree sap as you claim. Additionally, our vehicle was not power washed or given any form of extra attention beyond the standard wash. This contradicts your claim that we were informed and accommodated accordingly.
It’s disappointing to see a response from an owner that misrepresents the facts of the visit instead of addressing the real concern: that the service provided did not meet basic expectations, and that we left feeling disregarded.
We were hoping for a more honest and solution-focused reply, rather than one that attempts to deflect responsibility with inaccurate statements. Maybe you should see some of the other reviews posted about your place of business as there are several with photos showing that your carwash is inadequate.

Vacs are nice but that wash was pretty garbage considering how flashy everything is. There was still a ton of bird boop and tree sap…etc on the car, won’t be coming back here again sadly.
