This alarm goes out to all of you!, who swears by the other big box tool brand names! The difference isn't just in the less expensive products. But HF products do work just as well. The difference is in the customer service. They're just as knowledgeable. And they offer in store exchange warranty! But i haven't had any problems with their products

The staff at this store is loyal to their loyal customers. Outstanding customer service. I'm more comfortable buying my larger ticket items at this store than any other Harbor Freight. As a result, they get thousands more in sales from me. Kuddos to management and their associates.

If I could give then negative starts I would. I drive over 30 minutes because they show the Item that I needed. After waiting for over 10 minutes they kid in the register said that they can give me the Item. He stated that I could purchase it but that I would have to come another day to pick it up. I will never come to this location. I have been to the waterbury and bristol location and never had issues. This place is under staffed and on top of that has horrible customer service. My advice drive elsewhere.

Website showed exactly where I needed to go to get selections I wanted. That's extremely helpful & recommended over browsing - unless of course browsing is what you went to do. That's often half the fun! Clean store and well organized.
