Worst experience I've had with car rental, I rented a car to pick up on Friday at 10:30 am and return on Sunday at 10 am, I returned the car on Sunday at 9:58 am with a full tank of gas, there is no one to check the car you leave the key at the drop-off, on Monday they deducted 55 Dollars more from my account saying it was gas, I went to the store and showed the proof of fueling and they didn't give me my money back, THERE IS NO EMPLOYEE TO CHECK CAR DELIVERIES THIS IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM BUT THE COMPANY'S, I WANT MY MONEY BACK. CRAP COMPANY.

It was easy for me to book and pay for the rental car with Hertz online. The two guys working at the front desks got me in the car quicky. The car was clean and felt safe with all the new features.
The only issue I had was the wiper blades were very ineffective in rain.

Honestly getting a rental car after a traumatic car accident can be a lot, but Edward made it seamless. He’s extremely pleasant and a very hard worker. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all. I was a ball of stress but working with Hertz and Edward helped ease my tension. Thank you!

Stay away. FUBAR is the best word. Sitting here for 15 minutes, with no one in line, and 3 employees refusing to help anyone. RUN!

Terrible service. The woman at the counter was unprofessional and incompetent. I wanted to add my wife as a driver and she put in “other”. When I do said “she’s my wife”. She said “good for you”. I assume she thought it was funny, it wasn’t. I clarified that it is relevant because I would be charged otherwise. She refused to make the change and then tried to charge me to add my spouse as a driver. I will be informing Hertz as well. This was not only rude but ended up inconveniencing us tremendously. Btw I called Hertz directly and they confirmed spouses are free to add as additional driver.

I was treated very unfair at the location at JFK international Airport. Also you charged me $988 for a few days and the total added to be $300 less. I am extremely frustrated I felt taking advantage of.

I wanted to write a review about this hertz dealer, and specifically, the salesman that helped me. I had some issues connecting my Uber account To a rental car that they had. No matter what I tried, the problem could not be solved. Uber support was no help at all.. Multiple times I was hung up on. Hertz's support was no help at all. All they would tell me was that the problem was not with them. Finally, through the patience of the salesman in this facility, whose name was edward, he solved the problem on his own personally. This is a very nice gentleman and willing to help you out.If you are patient. I highly recommend this place.If you get him as a salesman. In the past, there have been several uncomplimentary people that have worked there. You know who you are. The way you treated people was downright wrong. Thank godThey replaced you with edward, who was willing to help people and not lie to them.
Edward, thank you very much for your help.

Not so great service. I had booked a mini SUV for my self. I turned up and the Mini SuV they gave me was total filth, possibly used as a Dumpster previously. When I reported this to the sales person I was told that there is a cleaning place nearby which I could use to clean the car. Finally after some back and forth they finally agreed to clean the car for me.
