Kohl's has decided if you want to make an Amazon return you must walk to the furthest reaches of the store. It used to be at the courtesy desk. A lot of us older people do business on Amazon because of mobility issues but Kohls would rather parade you through their merchandise in what I believe is an effort to make a return and then buy from them instead. Well guess what... until they make things easier for Amazon returns I won't buy another effing thing from them and will be letting everyone I know why. Poor business tactics...
