One of the best pro desks of any store and that includes Home Depot’s. Once you leave the pro desk the incompetence is rampant store wide.

I just spent 45 minutes trying to check out. Apparently the corrugated poly sheets are not in the newer billing system. Had to cancel total order and start over at the customer service register. Took three people to figure this out.

UPDATE:
Turns out that Lowes has an automatic response to their reviews. Do not be fooled. I called the number like they said and spoke to Nishka. She told me that the response below was a robot and that there was nothing they could do. Talk about false hope.
Original Review:
Go to Home Depot. Absolutely the worst. Did a bathroom remodel. Went to return extra tiles. These are all in stock tiles. I was told it was outside the 90 day return time. I have all my receipts and still nothing. Spoke to the manager on duty, Charlie. He said he couldn't do anything. Both he and the representative Sage belittled and scolded me like I was a child. Charlie then told me to contact the customer service number who can help. What a waste of time that was. Customer service says they are unable to assist. When asked who could assist, they could not name anyone.
I will never shop here again. Their customer service has gone completely down hill. I have been a loyal customer for years. They no longer care about their customers.

Customer service here is absolutely atrocious. Had a fridge delivered that didn’t cool below 70°. Okay, things happen. Not their fault.. I get it. Finally got through the process of replacing a few days later due to no inventory. New fridge was delivered 3 days later. The issue being.. I have had to call well over 10x to get answers on a refund on the first fridge I had in my possession for whopping 24 hours before getting the replacement finally ordered. Each call ends with “is this the best number? I’ll call you back” only to obviously never call back. Still out several hundred dollars, not to mention the amount of food that was lost by having the broken fridge in the first place. Really quite disappointing.

Unfortunately I was VERY UNSATISFIED with my shopping experience yesterday especially being it was JUNETEENTH! I really love an always go directly to Lowe's first although, Home Depot is across the street. I entered Lowes yesterday through the main doors. Because Im remodeling my patio. I've been to Lowe's a total of three to four times a week for the past month, so I pretty much know the store layout. I went directly to the ceiling fan department since that was my main item I was purchasing. I was there for approximately 45 mins. asking associates questions making sure I'm making a great selection. In front of the ceiling fan department there are several self checkout registers with an associate to oversee theregisters. The association who overseas the self checkout registers was very pleasant. I purchased five items and checked myself out at the self check out register. Instead of me, leaving out the exit doors that is directly in front of the self checkout register, I went to the lawn and gardens section to looking at the plants. I turned my cart around with my two hands on the cart, with my receipt in my right hand hanging in between my index finger and middle finger. By the way, Lowes receipts are very long so my receipt is not hard to see. I entered the lawn and garden looked from left to right not noticing anything that caught my attention. As I was walking towards the exit door I noticed an associate who checked me out TWICE last week (Sarah). I said to Sarah, "Hi how are you and I'm back again". Sarah did not greet me at all, instead Sarah asked to see my receipt. Sarah was standing to the right of me so again, I did not have to take out my receipt it was already invisible for her to see that I had a receipt because I was holding my receipt with two fingers (index/middle) pushing the cart with two hands. Also, please be mindful that I have not exit Lowes for an alarm to go off. Side bar:There was also another male associate standing to the left of myself and Sarah who said nothing. I said to Sarah my receipt is right in front of you invisible for anyone to see that I have a receipt. Sarah took the end of my receipt and held it tight to the point if had pulled back my receipt would have ripped. To the extent of how Sarah examined my receipt I asked Sarah if there was an issue. Sarah stated because I did not check out in her department she needs to see my receipt. I told Sarah I checked out inside the store and did not know it was against Lowes policy to exit any doors or check out at any register that I feel free too. I again, ask Sarah if there was an issue. Sarah, response was "I'm just doing my Job" I Explained to Sarah that I am here shopping on 3 to 4 occasions in a single week and I've never witnessed an associate stop a customer to view a receipt without the customer, not even exiting the store. Sarah's response Well you're going to walk out the store now because you're re heading towards Exit. I Explain to Sara my receipt is visible as I'm walking through the store and alarms have not gone off because I haven't even exited the store so what is your reason for stopping me to view my receipt. Again, Sarah's lane excuse was "I'm just doing my job" as she walked back to her register. I exited the store and went to my car that was parked directly in front of the lawn and garden department in the parking lot. I went back in the store and spoke with the manager Vanessa who stated she is going to view the cameras and that is not Lowes policy. I also contacted Lowes corporate office to file a complaint on Sarah. This is beyond Ridiculous! I was profiled by SaraH Who thought I was stealing. This is not the 1940s To where I can only check out at a certain register or walk-through a certain door. Lowes unfortunately in 2024 there is no excuse for racism, their is no training that can fix or change Sarah's behavior, attitude or way of thinking. Lowes please view your mission statement of what you stand for which

June 8 mid afternoon.
It was busy.
I did not get his name.
The young man in the paint department was exceptional in every way.
Knowledgeable and friendly. A rare find. Other departments need to follow his example.

The lines are always extremely long…Outdoor plant area, customer service, and shopping lines. They have a good variety of items and fair prices, they are definitely competing with Home Depot on several products, but it always takes 10+ minutes to get anything done.
However, I do like that they have pick-up lockers just inside the door and you don’t need to go to customer service to get online order pick-up. That is the only thing faster.
