I went to order new bedroom blinds yesterday with my wife . I asked for help they told me to push a button in that dept . When I did they asked someone to help us over the intercom and a few more times . I pressed it again the announced for help again . This went on for over 20 minutes so we left . They used to be good but that is just sad they lost out on a likely 800-900$ order

Terrible customer service. I bought an item and it came broken. I called the store and they picked it back up. I was supposed to get a new one and it never came. Never again.

Unfortunately I had a very unsatisfying experience trying to refund a dryer here at Wallingford, CT store ended with a fairly snipe comment by Katie “Well what would you like me to do about it?” After several years of decent to excellent service, I will not return due to their non customer focused return policy.

lowe's can use more employees to assist you in finding things you are looking for not enough help on the floor you have to find someone to help you or just leave without getting the things you went there for.

I bought appliances from the Wallingford location back in May. We had a pleasant in store experience, however I don't remember the associate's name who helped us. In July, I decided to swap out one of the appliances (microwave/oven combo) for a double oven. When I called the store, I was connected to Alyssa in the appliances department. She helped me successfully exchange the appliance so it would be delivered the following month, without a change in price. She helped me place an order for the over the stove top vent as well, all over the phone. She emailed me receipts for all the transactions as well for my records. She provided clear answers for all of my questions and was an excellent communicator. Alyssa is a superb employee who goes above and beyond for her customers! I recommend her to anyone who needs appliances in the area!

Friendly cashiers, however no one ever approached me in the aisles to see if I needed assistance in locating sonething.

I tried to get some help in finding an item. I was told that it was "over there somewhere in plumbing."After searching through several aisles and not finding it I realized that Amazon would have it in my hands tomorrow.

If I could give this chain a 0 I would. I would not recommend for anything other than small in store purchases. Family ordered a massive amount of block to redo a patio area and deck, company shorted us an entire pallet of block plus other block in the order. Upon my arrival home there was no packing slip or delivery slip to confirm what I was missing So by hand we counted. We have been calling for days only to get the run around. We we're continually told we couldn't speak to a manager because they were in meetings (this was 3 days in a row) and we we're passed back and forth with no answers given, notes put incorrectly in the computer system. we finally had a rep tell us the store we placed the order with was not the store that fulfilled the order and that store we could not get ahold of so we continually called different departments until someone would talk to us. Close to 3K later and still missing block that has been "out for delivery since 8am" I would never recommend Lowe's to anyone again. Don't waste your time, go to Home Depot or a mom and pop that sells block. Poor customer service and poor management.

Be careful if the sign says its on sale!Item clearly was marked with a sale price, but, at register it rang up full price, when the manager was called over to adjust it, she proceeded to tell us the item was no longer on sale , but, they hadn’t taken down the sign… there were at least 5 employees in the vicinity doing nothing, not my fault they never took down the sign… after asking to speak with her manager , she said he was in a meeting. When I told her we would wait she changed it to the sale price, but, with a terrible attitude. Lowe’s lead people should know the State of CT laws. Regardless, always be nice to your customers!
