Bought a mattress from John a few months ago. He is very personable and didn't try to push the most expensive mattress on me. On the contrary, he was by far the most reasonably priced of all the mattress places we went to. He even personally delivers all mattresses he sells. The only tip I'd give to someone checking this place out is to call ahead. Sometimes he's out delivering mattresses and the store will be locked. It's completely worth this minor extra effort. I highly recommend John. He will be my go to salesman for any future purchases and for anybody asking my for a recommendation.

What a great experience. John is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and his prices are so reasonable. It's nice to deal with a Person as opposed to a giant conglomerate! The best part is I called him about a mattress then found out he also has bedroom sets. The same ones as the larger box stores for a lot less money! I'll never buy a mattress or bedroom furniture from anyone else! Delivery was prompt and set up was great! I can't say enough good things about John the Mattress Guy and Mattress Direct!

We had previously purchased my son’s mattress from John and had a great experience. We recently went back to buy a mattress for our bedroom and John was very helpful in helping us pick out the right mattress. We happened to mention we were looking for furniture as well and John mentioned that they sold furniture too. He took time to show us different options, and we ended up purchasing a we happen to mention we were looking for furniture, and John mentioned that they sold furniture to. He took time to show us different options, and we ended up purchasing a beautiful bedroom set as well. When they came to deliver, John and his assistant were very professional and friendly and set up was quick and efficient! We even received a message later in the week asking us how we were enjoying our furniture! We highly recommend Mattress Direct of Wallingford! Amazing and friendly assistance! John was always willing to answer questions, and we never felt rushed throughout the process.

Working with John was super easy. He asked what I was looking for, showed me to my options and gave me plenty of time to really test the mattresses out. For additional fee he even delivered it right to my front door. I highly suggest if you are looking for a mattress, please stop on down and take a look. Nothing beats great customer service!

Great experience once again at Mattress Direct in Wallingford. John is always friendly and helpful. We have gotten all of our Mattress from here. They are affordable and durable. We also bought the adjustable bed frame from here as well and love it. Very useful to have after surgery but nice to have to watch tv as well. I highly recommend buying all your mattress needs from here.

We are very happy with our purchase, we picked out a king size mattress, platform bed, with 4 drawers under neath. John delivered everything a few days later as promised, set everything up quick, and i have slept on it now for just over a week. The mattress with cooling foam is VERY comfortable and supportive as i have back issues and im not small. My wife and i have been sleeping fantastic and fall asleep just about instantly after laying down. Johns prices are very reasonable, and he is very helpful in answering any questions you may have, i would definately recomend stopping by his showroom before going anywhere else if your looking for quality without breaking the bank….thank you again john ?????

Bought a king size plush top mattress, platform bed with drawers under neath, and mattress cover. We bought the best mattress of the line with cooling foam, guess its the new hybrid style mattress coming in at about 14”. John was very helpful every step of the way, and also very informative, he made it very easy and stress free for the purchase. What a great experience we had at Mattress Direct of Wallingford. John was the most helpful experienced person we could have asked for. He went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect mattresses. We ended up buying 2 mattresses and 2 bed frames. Great prices and greet service !!! Would give 10 stars!

Quick and easy buy for me. Delivery was on time and he has reasonable pricing. I had not one complaint. The bed and box spring I bought was perfect and in my price range. I recommend this place if you’re trying to buy bedding for a great price. Worth all the money you spend.
