We were given one on one attention, he listened to what we were saying, and he gave us options. He also worked with us. This isn’t our first mattress so we really knew the firmness we wanted. It was a very smooth transaction. Although the mattress has not been delivered (It’s being delivered within two days by the way) and we have not tried it, he also confirmed that we have 120 days to make a decision. Many mattress businesses sometimes only give you 90 days. So far so good

Ron was terrific. He responded as a sleep specialist and told me they had adequate stock. We were pleased with the selections. We were able to pick up just what we needed and bring it home. 2 hours later the bed is setup and ready to go! I definitely recommend Ron and Mattress Firm!

We purchased a mattress yesterday at the Wallingford site. The Manager (Ron) was Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. He was GREAT to work with and helped us pick out the correct mattress for my wife and I.

We came into Mattress Firm to purchase a Queen size bed. Our Sales Rep 'Carolyn Pulaski' was great with answering our questions. Also, bought the adjustable piece to go with the bed. I didn't give 5 stars because there were some lengthy computer problems when paying for the items. Carolyn called the Help Desk and they were a bit puzzled about the situation. Carolyn and her male Co-worker were very nice and informative about their merchandise.
