I had a tire blow out on Sat on the Merritt Parkway, which was really stressful especially since I was en route to Boston. Dan and the manager on duty were super attentive and sympathetic to my situation. In addition to mounting a new tire, they even gave me heads up on another aspect of my car that needed attention. Super grateful for their help!!

I’m from out of town and unfortunately had a flat tire. Another place down the road wouldn’t help me, and lots of places were closed on Sunday. My tire actually got a huge gash between the first place and Monro. The man at the front desk at Monro (so sorry I don’t remember your name I was so stressed!) was incredibly kind and so helpful. He took me right in and explained everything clearly. While they didn’t have my special type of tire available, he put on the spare tire and tried to help me find another place locally to get a replacement for my long drive home. Made me feel comfortable during a very stressful situation. I’m so grateful for their help!

I went in to this Monroe store today and had decided I would buy the cheapest tires Monro advertised online. But Brian, the manager, showed me some much better tires that happened to be on sale for 2-for-1. So I got better quality tires and paid less than I would’ve paid for the “cheap” tires.
Brian is a knowledgeable, experienced and honest guy who you can trust to tell you what needs to be done and what doesn’t. When I need any work done on a car, this is the first place I go because I trust Brian. He also runs a well-organized, clean shop and they do great work. Thank you, Brian!

After trying two other places which refused to help me in a difficult and urgent situation, Monro stepped up to the challenge with absolute confidence. Stopped in with a Groupon I just bought for $50 for synthetic blend oil change and tire rotation. The person there said my car could only take full synthetic. I've used synthetic blend for the last 80,000 miles. She said the system won't allow her to use blend oil in my car, and if I wanted to have an oil change I have to use synthetic. They would apply my Groupon to my purchase, but I still need to pay an additional $70. It's my car, how am I not allowed to choose what oil I want!? What a rip off!
