From the moment I walked in to start looking at new carpeting for my house to the moment they finished installing it, this place has been top-notch. The help in figuring out the best product for my home was excellent. The workers were absolutely amazing with both the quality and the speed with which they worked. And they were incredibly professional and polite. The selection of tile is also amazing and I can’t wait for my next project!! Highly recommend!

I wanted to refresh my fireplace with a new tile surround and found exactly what I was looking for at North Haven Tile. It’s a beautiful showroom and Diane helped me find the exact shade of blue that I envisioned. I’m so glad I decided to stop by and will definitely return!

I recently had Tile One install Karndean flooring in 3 rooms in my home. I am extremely pleased from the service I received when selecting the flooring, to the scheduling process, which was very flexible, to the installation, which was professionally done in a half day less than anticipated. The new flooring not only looks great, it’s easier to keep clean with pets and grandchildren running around. Very happy with the whole process. I would highly recommend this company for flooring.

From the well explained process for getting a runner on my stairs to picking out samples to the install was seamless. Not a single hiccup! Communication with Nikki at the front deck was top notch.

I recently stopped in to shop for new flooring in my family room. I was undecided on whether to go with LVP or tile. I brought home samples and then asked for someone to come out for an estimate. Rich, the owner, came out to measure. My room presently has both tile and carpet. I have several dogs and I foster for a local rescue. The carpet is over 35 years old and stained from the dogs. He was so rude, arrogant, abrasive and condescending. Perhaps he thought I cannot afford it. Well I can. He told me the trim for LVP would cut off the stone on the fireplace so I asked about tile and the difference in cost. I would go either way because I want something attractive, but practical with my pets. He apparently didn’t like my questions and said then why don’t you just put carpet! Now I made it very clear from the onset that carpet was not an option. I was astounded by his rudeness. I received the estimate and written on the estimate was client must vacuum and sterilize surrounding areas. He also said that if they break the molding they are not responsible. Furthermore, they charge a fee to move the furniture which we intended to do all of this prior anyway. Then he went on to say if you have any dampness we will not be responsible for anything. I explained we never had any issue with anything like that. He was pushing the tile initially. Long story short I was so turned off by his attitude I contacted another flooring company and had him come out only to say go with LVP. He said he could cut the edging around the stone to look good, remove the molding, move the couches with no problem and he was extremely helpful. I should have called him in the first place because I am familiar with the excellent quality of his work. Needless to say I called and told them not to bother with the estimate for tile which they forgot to put both on the initial estimate to begin with. No point in sending another when I am absolutely certain I would never do business with them again.

If I could give no star I would!! I'll keep this short!! They charge me $80 for a carton of grout that anyone can buy for $20 at Lowe's or Home Depot!! Not only did they tip me off my contractor said, but the grout carton had already been opened and it was half empty!! I am so angry that they will never get buisness from me again!! Very dishonest, stay away!! Especially if you don't know nothing about tile, they spot you from s mile away then proceed to rip you off!!

We had our backsplash done, and he didn't do around the switches/plugs properly. My husband had to fix it. He also screwed up the doorway. We showed him where the moulding was gonna go when he was done, and he ended up tiling all the way to the corner, so now we can't nail the moulding back on. Now my husband has to redo the whole frame of the doorway, in order to put the moulding back up.Extremely disappointed in the work. Would never recommend to anyone.

I work with the owner and employees of North Haven Tile regularly. I can not speak about the tile and installation, although there is alot of it and its really pretty, but I can certainly speak of the people. Friendly, considerate, helpful are the words that come to mind. These are people who are willing to lend out there place for an event to benefit our local food bank. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Mine is positive.

Put me in the positive column. We had a tiling job and were very happy with the customer service during the ordering process. Both Natalie and Michael were helpful and competent. Dale came out to scope out the situation and provided good advice for our needs. Ernesto, who did the installation, was on time and worked his tail off for two days. The end product was a beautifully installed floor. We look forward to working with these professionals again.

I have just purchased tile from this business and will never again. I purchased replacement tile for my home which was to be 13 x 13 when the installers went to install the tile it was 13 1/4 and the size was not a match. This will cause the installers to cut the tile and increase the cost for the installation. I called the store and spoke with the so called owner Diane and she has the worst customer service I have ever seen in all my years. All I was asking for was a discount on the price due to the fact that they sold it to me and the size was wrong and now my installation costs were going to be higher due to the fact the installer would have to cut it. She informed me that they are not going to go through the boxes and it's "nominal difference" and I should go to home depot and purchase a 2x4. All of this while she was yelling at me and not letting me finish a sentence. Word to all those who are going to shop here Buyer Beware... I have never dealt with the most rude so called owner in my life.. Do not shop here... not worth it...

I have never been more disappointed in a company. I built a house and if I had to choose ONE subcontractor to NEVER use or recommend to anyone it would be this company. The customer service (especially that from the OWNER Diane) was beyond unprofessional, rude, degrading and disrespectful.My entire complaint is on BBB website if you care to read about the entire nightmare. The main problem I have now is how poorly the flooring was installed, there are nicks in the wood, gaps between the pieces, holes in my wall and the installers layed the flooring from each end of the room and "tied" it together in the middle of my floor. We had other contractors out to look at it and were told we would have to rip up the entire floor and have it done again, it was so poorly and unprofessionally done. The company REFUSES to provide any type of refund, even with Better Business Bureau reaching out for support. I am disgusted with the customer service and unprofessional manner this was handled and how I spent thousands of dollars with this company and their lack of concern for their customers satisfaction is appalling.
