horrible customer service. bought an expensive pair of headphones, which broke. all emails go into the black hole, no response. Their online help through facebook / instagram ends in a black hole scenario. all conversations go in circles, they state their managers aren't available to when you ask to escalate. They refure to provide any sort of mailing address for corporate headquaters. no addresses listed on their websites.

Worst service in the industry. CS reps are dumber than a box of rocks and refuse to transfer to a manager when asked. Recently had to contact service for a bad bulb and they wanted all my info upfront, and even though the product hasn't even been out long enough for the warranty to have expired, they wanted a receipt. Obviously just trying to find ways to refuse service. Sent email right away but took them 3 days and 5 chats to even take look. Never again.
