Awesome service....... So Far, So Great!!!!!!!!

Service was good. I got towed there with a flat tire. While I was waiting, a guy would literally go outside every 15-20 minutes to smoke a ciggy. Every time he walked by, he stank like an ashtray. I asked the service guy who the old fella was, and I was told it was the GM. His arrogant attitude is evident, and it's clear he hasn't bought new clothes in a while, as they're all faded or stained from smoking. I was there for nearly 4 hours. I was astonished by how often he was walking outside in the front lot, chain-smoking, classless, unprofessional, and he stank badly. He's clearly been there way too long, a very stuck-up, pompous guy, who was also clearly complacent, as evidenced by how he treated others. He treated everyone like they were his slaves, acting as if he were better than everyone. Whoever owns this place needs to replace the GM.

I went to Porsche of Wallingford for the 12 month service for my 911.
They did a gr8 job - John Kozak was the service tech / Aubrey Zules was the service advisor both did a great job (highly recommend ‼️)

I had a great experience at Porsche Wallingford. The service department (Aubrey, Dylon) was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. My Macan was quickly diagnosed and repaired and even though I did not need it, a loaner car was offered.

Not sure it could get much better. My sales lead Bryan Jackson came in on his day off to finalize my purchase. Finance guru Kit Nan knew exactly what was needed and didn’t waste my time. It was worth the two hour drive and I highly recommend! Also, Kit’s idea to stop at Frank Pepe’s on the way home was perfecto!

I popped in quick because my check engine light came on and Aubrey and Israel helped me right away. It wasn't anything serious but they took my car right in and helped me out 🙂

Tonight I was driving down 91 and ran over a large nail that deflated my tire within minutes. It was 5:10PM and I pulled off exit 13 and into Infiniti. Unfortunately they didn’t have the tire on hand and were unable to help. I called Town Fair 2 miles away and they were unable to assist until tomorrow at 12:30pm. The woman at the Infiniti front desk assisted me in finding the Porsche dealership, 2 minutes away. When I pulled Jim from Sales said that service may have been closed but would find out, invited me to have a seat. A few minutes later, Jim returned and said Dyllon said he would help me the best he could. Dyllon was incredibly kind and comforting, shaking my hand and walked with me to my car. Said he would put the spare tire on and showed me where my tires were bulging and why I needed to replace them. It took him 5 minutes to put the spare on, met me in the front and showed me where the key to unlock the bolted nuts was. He was so patient and kind. An angel for me tonight. Porsche should be proud of Jim and Dyllon, coming to my rescue!
