He also thoroughly checked the rest of the unit for any problems. None were found and the boiler was up and running in a very short time. “On 6/28/2025 I went to this U-haul store at1685 Dixwell Avenue in Hamden, CT. 06514, and was greeted with the best customer service that I've had in a very long time. General Manager Ricky Mcdonald went far and beyond to make sure that my cooking event proceeded without any problems. Some months ago a friend purchased me a brand new propane tank that I chose not to fill at the time of purchase. Well on the said date above I went to purchase some propane and fill the new tank. While attempting to fill this new tank Ricky and I realized that this tank had a defect with it and my day felt ruined. Well Ricky Mcdonald made my day by supplying me with 2 borrowed filled tanks to use as he promised to order me a replacement new tank. I applaud the U-Hal center for hiring this young man and allowing him to show how a Manager can really help out during tough times that might be out of your control.
