From our newly installed backlit logo and signage wall to the branded window and door decals, Mark has brought tremendous creativity, ingenuity, and craftsmanship to every step of the process. What started as inspiration and a vision has become something truly special, thanks to his ability to think creatively, navigate challenges, and find solutions that bring ideas to life.
One of the highlights of our experience was a remarkable tour of SIGNLite’s workshop, where Mark shared the history of his family’s multigenerational expertise in the sign and monument industry. Seeing the craftsmanship firsthand gave us an even greater appreciation for the skill, pride, and attention to detail behind their work.
Mark’s deep expertise, refreshingly direct communication style, and collaborative approach have been invaluable. He’s not afraid to challenge an idea, offer a better solution, or work through complexities with us. Throughout the process, we’ve felt like a united team working toward a shared vision.
I’ve included photos showing our original inspiration alongside the work completed to date, including the backlit signage and branded door decals. We’re now moving into Phase 2, incorporating a custom wood feature wall, and couldn’t be more excited to see the finished result.
And with additional wayfinding signage designs and installations on the horizon, we can’t wait to see what Mark and his team dream up next!

“Peter and his crew are the best! They helped me install my sign at the mall - they are experienced in commercial sign installation, and although my sign arrived with some challenges ( no holes drilled etc) Peter solved all issues. They arrive 4am ( on time!!) to install my sign for me, finished it professionally and efficiently, and cleaned up really well. They also applied To Norwalk license with all the right documentation. Such a pleasure to work with and highly recommend! Peter also answer your phone call - a rarity these days!!!”

“I brought him a Michelob neon bar sign that had 4 breaks in the glass tubes. Fred took the time to explain to me the repair process and expected cost versus the worth of the my sign. Fred, the business owner explained a way for me to semi repair it myself which would save me a lot of money and satisfy my likeness for the sign. I did what he said and it worked out great. He was honest and helpful even when it didn’t make him any money. I would recommend checking Elm City Neon out for things neon.”
