I went in for bangs and layers for my all one length hair. I had Lynn who did a great job and started with longer bangs for me and cut them shorter until I was satisfied.

Definitely won’t be returning. 3 employees, no customers, and made to feel like an inconvenience because 2 out of the 3 hairdressers were clocked out on lunch. We could have gone elsewhere but instead made the mistake of staying. One said, “this is what happens when I say I want to leave early”. So unprofessional. But I guess you get what you pay for. A rushed haircut shorter on my son that I’d asked, and it took longer to get rung out then the hair cuts themselves because they didn’t know how to “group” two hair cuts together. I offered to have them just rung separately but I guess that wasn’t possible?

This SuperCuts is awesome ! It took the woman 10 minutes to cuts my 7 year old son's hair. Usually he moves a lot. She got him to say still the whole time and it came out great. Came out just like I wanted. I'm not sure what her name is but it's the one in Middletown on Washington St. We were there @ 12:20 on February 1st. Whatever your name is, Thank you and we will definitely be back again

Recently an appointment at another salon was canceled, I was so looking forward to a cut and color. I called around and was able to get an appointment at Super Cuts. I was not sure what to expect , however it was so pleased by the service quality and knowledge of the stylist Jess! She took time and care to make sure I left feeling beautiful and well cared for! Thanks Jess! See you soon!

I'm exhausted by the number of times I have scheduled an appointment and showed up five minutes early only to be told to wait like 30-35 minutes.What is the purpose of making an appointment?I know it doesn't matter, I am a single customer, I won't affect the business. But I would be remiss if I didn't at least vent my frustration with this practice.Why take appointments if you are going to consistently do this? It is at least the 3rd time this has happened at this location.Once is a mistake, twice, a fluke, three times, a pattern.

Wallingford Supercuts - wash , cut and blow dry . The person who did my hair maybe was a newer hairstylist? My hear was still damp when I got home - TWO towns away ! I asked for no frizz and a product to be applied BEFORE it was blown dry and after as my hair needs it. I don’t know if she couldn’t hear me but I repeated the instructions twice and she said “ yes” so I thought she for sure heard me. Anyway I had to go right home and finish drying it and applying my own antifrizz product and blow dry brush and also touch it up with my flat iron. Only took about 3 minutes to try and fix it. One shouldn’t leave a salon even if it is supposed to be an inexpensive chain . It WAS a lot for Supercuts plus a 22% tip . I think it took all of 15 minutes from shampoo to blow dry. I will not go to this particular girl again. Unfortunately I think she needs more experience before she is put on the floor with paying customers. I’m sorry I don’t recall her name but I would NOT put it on here if I did. Tbh I didn’t expect a beautiful job front Supercuts ( although I HAVE had beautiful cut , style and blow drys just like I asked for and better at the Branford and I am so sorry I forgot the woman’s name ! She was excellent! Maybe in her 40’s and very skillful with tip - $38

Finally able to make a much needed haircut appointment TODAY so I look somewhat impressive for my 60th BIRTHDAY tomorrow I thought it'd be best to go where I've been before! So, went for my 2nd time to Supercuts in Wallingford. Staff I've met thus far have been great & most of all I am happy with the result!!!
ONLY problem I've had is trying to find the place!!! But once you do...its worth it!!!
