Shoutout to bankteller Cristina and to Craig for their assistance the other day for helping us get a bank check and complete a form that another banking institution required as part of the transaction. They were both courteous and professional, making the transaction a very positive experience. So many people are writing bad reviews for the North Colony Road TD Bank because of wait times; it's not the staff's fault that North Colony is now the only branch in Wallingford, don't take it out on them.

Long time customer, TD USED to be most convenient bank.George and his staff Downtown were SUPERSTAR quality,branch closed, they transferred to Meriden. STAY AWAY FROM NORTH COLONY BRANCH!! Understaffed,indifferent,rude, and inefficient staff here. Always an unpleasant experience. Do yourself a favor and drive to Meriden or North Haven branches....great service, friendly helpful efficient staff.... always a pleasure doing transactions there

I live on the West side of Wallingford and over the years TD has been closing branches and the latest fatality is the uptown branch and the very friendly staff are loosing their jobs
So I visited the north Colony rd branch in front of stop and shop and the teller had a attitude doesn't count the money out like up town.I suggest management tell your Employees to be courteous or find a new job or offer the Employees from the uptown branch the jobs with a Raise.....

I have no clue why they closed the bank in the center of town, because this one is appallingly slow. The woman behind the desk also doesn't seem to care at all that there are people waiting in line, because she was sitting on her phone scrolling instagram. It should not take 25 minutes to just make a deposit. Horrible experience

Both of the ATMs haven’t let you deposit for 3 weeks now, you have to bring what you want to deposit to the counter during their business hours and fill out the slip. They addressed the issue of one teller at the counter, there are now two. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue but their hours are so restricted that it makes the bank virtually unusable to someone who works a 9-5.

You would really think it’s the DMV here. Line full of people and the woman working behind the counter is just chopping it up with every person. Here it is they close the TD uptown just to have a social gathering on the one in route 5. If I wasn’t switching before I certainly am now.

Walk in ask for change they said wait a moment. So I did it at the atm instead and another man walked up and they immediately helped him.
Younger cashier woman was nice, her “manager” was useless

This is not a review of the people working here, they do their jobs just fine… but this branch is PERPETUALLY understaffed at the desk. Never seen more than 1 teller at the desk and one at the drive thru. Can take forever to get through the line.
