These ladies are wonderful and love my 6 mos old Callisto "Calli". As they said that she is cute when she whine. Next week she's gonna need to socialize more rather than cooped up with her sister at small home.

Excellent place for your dog. My dog loves it. Everyone is great who works there. We have been bringing our dog since she was a puppy.

We love The Crate Escape. Long time clients and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is responsive, caring and treat my dog like he is their own. I trust them completely for boarding and grooming! Best around!

We recently started taking our high energy puppy there and the staff is caring and nice. We also used their boarding facilities and were very pleased. They also offer training classes with their daycare which we will take advantage of when the next round of training begins (limited class size). Our dog Zena loves it there and they really seem to love her too.

The staff at Crate Escape are amazing!!! Had to leave this girl for a week (for the first time) and they took such great care of her. Made my vacation a lot easier knowing she was well cared for by awesome staff members. Daycare or vacation I would highly recommend their services. Thank you all so much!

They put your dogs in a holding closet type area alone until it’s there time for grooming. So terrible took my dogs home and didn’t allow them to do the grooming

Haven’t boarded my dog here but they have a nice self-service grooming station where you pay $17(ish?) to wash and dry your dog. The dogs in boarding seems happy and well looked after, and the staff are great!

Zero stars but they won’t let you post unless you click on at least one. Dropped our 15 yr Old dog off at 8am Saturday. Called at 3:20 to see what was happening. “Oh we thought the groomer called you.” Go to pick him up and he’s limping. He “fell” off the grooming table. Why didn’t they call us to say he was injured? By 7:00pm he wouldn’t get off his bed and by 6:00 am today we had to carry him to the car so we could drive to the Veterinary hospital . We had to put him down, he was gone by 9:00 am. 24 hrs and our dog is gone. I don’t understand why no one called us when he “fell”. I don’t understand why he fell. i don’t understand why no one called to check on him last night. And i don’t understand why no one is supervising the people handling the pets we intrust to them. You can’t tell me a responsible adult was there or we wouldn’t be here without our dog right now. Zero stars.

I have been going to The Crate Escape since they opened when my pup Cody was 2 years old. He was a Brittany Spaniel with high energy and Crate Escape allowed me some freedom while taking exemplary care of Cody. He was well exercised and socialized and was happy every time he went. It took me a few years to adopt my next pup who is now 9 months old and first did training at Crate Escape, that was excellent, and now attends daycare a few days a week. Sadie loves it! I can't say enough about Chris and her staff and the care they give all the pups. I would highly recommend The Crate Escape, they have earned a 5 star rating in my view!Jackie DubeWallingford, CT

My dog LOVES to go see his friends at The Crate Escape. We take him at least once per week for daycare, even while we are working from home. He is able to socialize, play and get his energy out. He gets so excited when he realizes where is is going. I have also utilized grooming and training services and they have all met my expectant beyond. Grooming on days when he at already there, for daycare, is very convenient! I love the special days they have throughout the year including: Valentine exchange, holiday photos, Howl-o-ween party etc. The staff really knows my pup, welcomes him by name when he gets there and they 100% care about him and all the other dogs there. I would not hesitate to recommend The Crate Escape - it's fantastic!

It was my first time ever getting my golden retriever ranger groomed and had a great experience. Staff was friendly and my boy couldn’t have looked more handsome. Will be returning soon!

As a new dog mom i was TERRIFIED of leaving my baby with anyone. The crate escape truly gives me a sense of safety and security. I trust them more than anyone to take care of my baby.My dog goes absolutely nuts as soon as we pull into the driveway because she’s SO happy to be back again. They make your pet feel like family. Thank you guys for all you do!!
