So you need to tell me that my package is at this location with no intention of being sent? Over a week and nothing. Is this a thing that you guys just do? Keep other people's packages and not send them for the fun of it? Not answering the phone? File a case with no updates?
Cause that's what we all can insinuate. This isn't a normal operation and everyone of your workers needs to be investigated. What you guys are holding at this location I needed with extreme urgency and nothing was done.

Horrible, everyone who works there is lazy incompetent and just straight up ignorant. Why bother paying these people to do anything but their jobs. They act like they don't know what happens to your package when it's clearly been stolen by one of the workers there, you can't trust these people!

Lady was very rude. Didn't catch her name but it was a Spanish accent. They lost my package and she gave me an attitude and hung up on my face. I talked to her 17 of may 2025 at 6pm so they would know who worked the front desk. If I can talk to a supervisor there it would be great or the post master. Very unprofessional

was expecting a package to be delivered today to my mailing address but they screwed up my deivery of package.had gotten so many confusing text / email / postal updated messages extremely confused from them.my mailing address is clearly printed on the delivery label so not sure why they can't even deliver the package as addressed.the message also says my package is available for pickup in wallingford post office.pay a lot of money every 6 months for a post office box & not getting the services i paid for.this post office is the mail distribution facility for southern connecticut.if postal customers have to goto this location for all mail n packages then we should be getting refunded n free deliveries from the u.s.p.s. completely.the u.s.p.s. hires really dumb n lazy people who don't want to do their jobs but clock in to get paid for doing nothing ever.time for completely new leadership by firing the one already who is in love with trump.

The rude employee, Marshall, everyone knows about that Tyler does nothing about. They do not answer their emails and lose packages. It is a nightmare post office!
It is probably one of the worst post office I have seen. Such a pity our tax dollars are wasted this way.

I'm waiting on a package, but I found out that packages are heavier this year than it's been in 30 years. I feel for those mail workers around Christmas.
