I got a notice that my PO Box would be receiving a notice from social security on 7/28. I waited until the next day to be sure the letter was delivered to my box within the office. When I got there in the afternoon, the letter was not in my box. I politely waited the 15 minutes in line to be helped and asked where the letter would be since it was not in my box. The woman who was taking care of me very rudely said well if it’s not there it didn’t get there yet. I said the notice says yesterday it delivered. She said “well we don’t even do that, it gets sent from the warehouse” I said well either way I am physically here, can you please give it to me. It’s an important letter. She begrudgingly and like a sullen teenager walked to the back to one container with letters looked in for barley a minute then screamed with her hands up in the air that she had no idea and the other employee will have to help me. The other woman employee walked right to the back to try and help leaving the woman she was in the middle of helping. After maybe 5 full minutes of looking, neither employee could find my very important letter I have been waiting to receive. They then said if I really needed it I would have to wait for the post master after I had already been there now close to a half hour. Absolutely ridiculous the whole transaction today. Not only did I waste almost an hour of my day driving out there in this heat with my young children and back. I never was able to retrieve this letter.

Just a rude group at the counter. Not helpful at all in trying to find a package there that USPS tracking says has been there for two days. Fortunately I do not use this location very frequently. Not going back there.

Not so sure why this is how they treat people’s packages but, they’re supposed to hold onto the package if there’s no space. Mailboxes right on the main road of Sigwin drive ready for stealing if anyone wants them! Really lazy and very very poor customer handling.

Going here is a real treat because it's anyone's guess if they are open or staffed. Take 9am on a Saturday, for example, with a line of people and not an employee in sight.

Worst post office I’ve ever been to. Everyone there is extremely rude. It’s not my fault you guys are understaffed- while I can completely relate because I myself am understaffed for the job I do it is absolutely inexcusable for the rudeness I received today.

The absolute worst possible place I have ever had to walk into front desk guy is extremely rude, other 2 ladies I dealt with seemed a lot more helpful. delivery drivers don't even knock on my door to ask for a signature and incorrectly fill out there very own pick up papers so I end up going to the post office at the wrong time. when I eventually am able to get there they tell me they don't have my package and will have idea when they'll have it. Absolutely disgusting that a business is being ran so extremely inefficient. What are you gonna do it's the government...

This place is seemingly staffed exclusively by people that hate their jobs and their customers. Mail delivery is an essential service and should not be handled by people that think otherwise.

Both my mother and I have both had multiple Amazon packages go missing at this post office. This place should be shut down for mail theft

Every package I’ve ever had sent from a friend from this post office never gets scanned in for DAYS. The most recent package was dropped off 7 days ago and still has not scanned in and most likely seems lost. It’s wild this isn’t just a singular experience but that it happens EVERY TIME.

The man on the phone this morning was so helpful with my concern about undelivered mail that was returning to sender. I got my package the same day! I think his name was Anthony. Sorry I don't completely recall!

Marshall has the same level of respect as a hurricane tearing through a field of delicate flowers, leaving nothing but chaos and disregard in its wake. Dude needs to take a Xan or something, made us feel stupid for believing that the postal service’s website was an accurate source of information. Marshall's idea of etiquette is like a GPS that only offers directions to the rudest destinations – always taking the impolite detour.

Waiting in a long line today, it was finally my turn, when called up I placed my letter on the scale infront of the postal worker. Looking at me with confusion on their face I was asked "what can I help you with", I told them I was just mailing a letter and they sharply asked "what do you want" now I'm confused and explained it would be nice if you brought my mail to the address written on the envelope. Annoyed she explained said "we don't do that, you have to buy stamps". They made me buy a book of stamps and then proceeded to explain how the credit card machine worked like I've never seen one before, this coming from a postal worker that didn't know why I might be standing in front of them with a letter. The USPS could save a lot of money if they just brought back the stamp vending machines if this is how their front staff treats people.

Arrived at 8:20am on a Saturday. 8am is their opening time. Yet the counter is closed. Plenty of employees working on mail sorting, so I looked through the Mail Drop slot to ask when it would open. There were postal workers literally feet from me and they would not acknowledge my presence, let alone answer me. Other angry customers in line before me, several just leaving as I type this. Amazing to not be acknowledged as a human being by the USPS employees. It is now 830 as I type this and I am going to leave. Just inexcusable “customer service.”

It's a pretty good post office if you're just there to check your PO box, but if you need anything from someone behind the counter, brace yourself. Everyone behind the counter is so rude! I've either been obviously ignored, made to feel like an ignorant nuisance, or overtly condescended to. I've never had a decent or even okay experience at the counter.
