I just drove home in my “new to me” Nissan Rogue! My car buying experience was seamless & top notch! I loved that there was no pressure! From when I first met Derrick Johnson to when I drove off in my new car, he was available with great customer service & knowledge! Even after the deal was done, & my car was ready to go, Derrick took the time to show me all the features with detail & patience! I left knowing that he would still be available for any concerns or just questions long after I was gone! I highly recommend Derrick as a top notch sales consultant!
I also have a shout out to Alex Rivera, who handled all of my paperwork. He patiently took the time to go over everything before I signed! Thank you both for the great Service!

Salesman was great he was easy to work with. Always be extra vigilant when purchasing from a small used dealer. I loved the car I purchased at first slowly but surely things started popping their head on the car. Severe vibration when driving, steering wheel sticks at highway speeds, and when in drive with brake on at stop lights the car would vibrate way more than normal. I took it back within the 60 days they said they took care of 95% of the vibration when in drive. They couldn’t fix the steering wheel sticking or the vibration at 35-40mph. I noticed most of the vibration in drive when brake was on did subside at first and the other issues were still there. After a few weeks the vibration came back and is the same as when I brought it in. They tell me all cars vibrate when in drive with the brake on which is not true my other cars don’t vibrate like this. Anyway spending 25k on a car I shouldn’t have this many issues. Please be extra vigilant take it for multiple test drives at different times of the day. I’m stuck with a 25k mistake. They did make an attempt to fix it but fell short and there is zero I can do about it now. I will never buy from a small used dealer again.

I had such an amazing experience here! I worked with Derrick and couldn’t recommend him more! I wanted a specific car and they had it. I was from out of state. Derrick was happy to give me a virtual tour of the car and was very open and honest about everything. I loved it, drove 4 hours to get it, and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this place!!!

Not sure how this dealership stays in business based on the customer service I received today. Saw a car on Carfax and headed over to check it out. The sales rep inside was unenthusiastic about a potential buyer. I inquired about 2 cars. He looked them up on the computer and told me the mileage. I asked to see the inside. He remotely unlocked them from inside and never came out! My husband and I lingered for a while, thinking he was going to come outside. My husband had enough and went to the door and asked the sales rep if he was coming outside. He said he couldn't because he was the only one there and had to answer the phones. Wow, times have changed. Off to another dealership. Do people even want to make money anymore?

At first, I wasn’t sure which car to choose, but he patiently guided me and helped me find the perfect vehicle for what I was looking for. I bought a 2019 bmw x7 on 8/28/25 I have to say my experience with them was excellent. I live over a 100 miles away. at first I was not sure about dealing with a car place so far away but my sales person, John was very reassuring and assured me that it would be worth the trip and he was right. I told them upfront that my credit was a problem low score but the finance team was able to work it out and not kill me with a high down payment or monthly payment. I have to say they took very good care of us.

Danny was amazing every step of the way. He was very communicative, positive, and friendly. He helped me walk out with the car I wanted with a very reasonable payment. I would absolutely work with him again in the future!

I was searching for a while for a car and went to a few different places and it was disappointment after disappointment until I found Wallingford Auto Park... I arrived and was greeted by Danny and right away he was calm and helpful, not trying to rush me into anything. He listened to everything I said I wanted and brought me out to look at 3 different cars... I was not sure which one I wanted so we came inside and ran the numbers... he was very up front and honest with any questions I had and it could not have been an easier experience!! I settled on a 2017 Honda Accord and I couldn't be happier!!! Thank u Danny!!!!
