Awful dealership, back in 2023 my Father had a van gone for service. Other than the fact it was stationary for days and nothing occurred, it was conveniently placed in a area with “no cameras” and we lost thousands in stolen work tools. I would take my business to any other dealership. (The Branford GMC dealership was significantly better.)

Every single time I make an appointment for an oil change, I schedule it off the your website for a day and time that works for me. And EVERY SINGLE TIME I am called and told that the date and time I picked, “wasn’t actually available”. Completely unprofessional that this happens every single time. Because of this and many other reasons that started with the employee that sold me this car, I am going to be trading it in anywhere else but with you. Sam is amazing, always very polite and has a smile on his face. This is completely because of management being unprofessional.

All I can say is, WOW! I have been in the market for a new car for quite some time now and honestly, my previous experiences at dealerships have left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I am pleased to say, Jeff at Wallingford GMC has completely changed my outlook on buying a new car. He greeted me with pure kindness and motive to help me out as best as he possibly could. Unfortunately, we didn’t find anything that suited my needs at the moment, however, when the time is right, I know who I’m going to. Jeff is a rockstar and he makes it known he has your back when looking for a new vehicle.
