Brought a Meile vacuum in for servicing the motor + a replacement head bearing on a Tuesday. Was told I'd get a quote by Wednesday, did not. I called them Thursday, they said I'd hear something by end of day as the vacuum 'was on the work bench'.
Heard nothing until Saturday. I got a call with the total cost of ~$100 as the work was completed.
Never approved anything, and didn't get any calls before that. Showed up the next Tuesday, the total came out to ~$130 as the estimate did not include the bearings, a bag, and filter.
Vacuum works well now, communication did not. Will find another service center

Wow! What a blast from the past. Walking into the service center was like being a kid again, growing up in an area of New York that had tons of antique shops and service centers, this place knows their stuff! Was worried that our Kirby was done for but the team assured me that they could get it back to 100% andthey did exactly that and in less than 48 hours! Would totally recommend if you're looking to hold on to your Kirby vac/shampooer if that's how you call it!

I brought my Kirby vacuum in for service. The gentleman who works there was awesome!! He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend going there for all of your vacuum needs.

Awesome for sewing machine parts, a little pricy but they are always on point. Never need to return anything. Fixing a broken machine is reasonable

This is an excellent small business that has repaired my vacuums and rug shampooer over the years. It's saved me a ton of money over buying new Dysons!! Friendly, and fair pricing, don't hesitate to come here and get your items fixed. Cheaper than buying new and keeps the stuff out of landfill!

I brought my sewing machine there with an obvious computer chip problem (the machine would not regularly detect that the presser foot was down), they serviced it and it had the exact same problem as soon as I tried it again. If they don’t deal with computer chips they should have told me that.

I have had vacuums serviced, and recently traded in a machine to upgrade with them!! Customer service is phenomenal, and Chris’ knowledge on how to fix machines is amazing. The prices are very affordable, and they were able to take in my machine and fix it on warranty in time for me to have it for the weekend! Very much recommend.

First time there to fix my roomba, they normally don’t like the robots BUT they fixed the issue & were incredibly courteous and so nice! Fixed the issue within a few days (not even) and affordable!

Great group there with a treasure of inventory, so much so that I’m buying another vacuum for my business and possibly home. I should add, I drive over an hour to spend my money with them.

Needed a better sewing machine, with the great young salesman, I now have one, an older Singer like I had over 30 years ago....quiet, great for sewing my quilt tops. My other machine was a nightmare!
