Whoever is working your “15 or less self check out” is rude as hell and can’t count and picks certain people to tell them they can’t check out there. This was 3/14/25 at 11:20am! Then stalked me checking out somewhere else and didn’t tell anyone else they couldn’t check out there. Wasn’t aware self check out was only 15 or less items when clearly no signs stating so!

I tried to get milk today. All of the milk in the refrigerator was expired, some of them by several days. I went up to 3 different employees, they all said that they were part of the online shopping orders and couldn’t help or even call someone to help. And I get it’s not their fault but why is there days expired milk accessible??

My favorite shopping list includes eggs, veggie, garlic, frozen fish and shrimps, ice cream, cooking oil, cookware. I also buy daily vitamin supplements, popcorn packs and kernels. As for clothes, I only buy underwear/casual shorts. I find it's so nice and convenient to return an item bought online to these Walmart stores, any store, not limited to this one.

This Walmart needs to have the tapping system at checkout. My card has been hacked. It's my card that I only use for groceries and this Walmart is the only place that doesn't use the tap. I won't go to Walmart, particularly this one until you update your checkout system! I also heard from employees there that skimming has been done to them. Walmart has always been proactive when using technology it's odd that they don't have the tap maybe mangement there is in on it?

I used to love this Walmart until a guy started following me in THE TOY SECTION I went to customer service to see maybe it was theft protection but turns out it wasn’t! MOVE YOUR TOY SECTION FARTHER AWAY FROM THE EXIT if it would’ve been a child wandering in the toy section they easily could’ve walked out with the child quick since the toy section is so very close to the exit

Employees are disgustingly rude, a woman’s cart was stolen with her purse inside of it in the middle of the aisle and they did absolutely nothing. There were no registers open so one employee instructed me to go to self checkout, where I was given a very nasty attitude by another employee for having more than 15 items, despite the original employee telling me to go there. During all of this, there were at least 6 employees standing around self checkout, staring at the line instead of doing their jobs.

I really need to know why they’re so hell-bent on pushing summer clothes in the middle of winter. Do they know something we don’t? Is global warming about to go full throttle this weekend? Because the way they’re stocking up on shorts like there’s not snow on the ground is wild.

This place is an absolute dump. Went to use the bathroom... Someone smeared crap all over the bathroom stall, told customer service, they refused to do anything about it. Place is disgusting. Took to long to have someone actually clean up

This one in West Haven Connecticut is the second most ghetto Walmart compared to super ghetto Walmart on route 80 New Haven.
Here you can find plenty of undisciplined parents along with their undisciplined kids.

Very rude and condescending employee in the stationary area. She lost the store a sale and future sales. I put back ally items and left. It will be a long time before I return to that store.
