I had a gift certificate for a spa pedicure and Valerie was kind and so wonderful! I drove almost 40 minutes to come here and will be sure to tell others about this place because of my experience with this employee! Thank you so much for the relaxing pedicure 😊

I’m giving three stars bc the atmosphere is excellent, and there are some really kind and talented artists that work here. Han did both my pedicure and fingernails, and they started completely snapping off literally the day after. One snapped off the next day after getting them done, and then the next two three and five days after. And my toe polish is already off completely on two nails…which were supposedly painted with gel polish, which i paid extra for. Mind you, I literally went there July 3rd, 7 days ago. Usually gel toe polish lasts me before ANY chipping starts if it even does at least two full months. I AM NOT ONE TO EVER WRITE A NEGATIVE REVIEW. this is literally the first negative review I have ever left for any business or place I’ve ever been to. I have been getting long coffin shaped acrylic nails since I was 14. Never have I ever had this issue before so soon after getting my nails and feet done. There are plenty of talented nail artists in here, including Stacy and Susan. I have only been here one time before this but my best friend has nothing but great things to say about them. I’m also not shaming the artist Han, however I feel like this is unacceptable. And yes, I know that they would most likely definitely fix these for me as i literally just went there a week ago but I live far from the salon and the only reason i was there was because it’s close to my friends.I feel awful having to write something negative about a business on google because I know everybody has their off days and everything can’t be perfect. But my best friend got the exact same thing as me and her hands and feet are perfectly fine. And I don’t do anything out of the ordinary with my hands that would cause them to fall off quicker than normal. And as I stated before even with long coffin shaped acrylics nothing like this has ever happened and ESPECIALLY not like what has happened with my toes that were painted with gel. I find this unacceptable.

If you want a wham bam thank you ma’am pedicure, then definitely come here. My party & I were in & out of the place in like 35 minutes, it was not relaxing at all & there were 3 women on the floor by the entrance going through boxes of nail polishes that were spread out all over the floor. We had to walk over them to leave. Weird for sure. They never used to be so rushed & hurried, won’t be back there again. California nails in Cheshire on rte 10 doesn’t rush you, they always do a good job & the owners are sweet.

got a power dip set. only took 30 minutes because I think they double booked my nail technician by accident. I understand mistakes happen. UPDATE: the owner and nail tech contacted me trying to resolve this issue so I really can't complain. The technicians are always incredibly nice and Joon goes above and beyond for his customers.

Been going here forever! The staff are very attentive and kind. This place really gives you the whole treatment for an affordable price! While your nails are drying they give you a little massage and a hot towel for your hands! I always leave feeling so refreshed!

Always a great mani & pedi!! Call ahead ~ even a couple hours beforehand. The manicurists are always professional & friendly. Highly recommend!!
