I'm here for a minute now I came in the other day Richard the manager is awesome I'm a hard customer well I can be and he was the respectful patient manager I know he helped with my phones and so did Jameil great team. Now a co-worker I don't like he walking past customers drinking a can of something not soda an literally tilted the can up in the air to his mouth as soon as he got in front of me really! I'm sorry wrong,,,,,, one thing this is not acceptable if he doesn't want to work here then he should go I deserve more respect than that. The manager was in the back and did not see this but I did tell Richard. Richard is an awesome manager his customer service is awesome.

AT&T in general rip people off. Make sure you listen keenly on what they say your bill will be monthly. They have a way to add on fees and chargers that makes your bill skyrocket. Their discounts are not all that

I was very satisfied with my results and service at store 459 in Waterbury Ct. The sales associate Beatriz was a god send. Very professional and knowledgeable about all my devices purchased.

I worked with a young gentleman by the name of Kevin. I don't know his last name. A very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable young man. Our time ran way over his scheduled work hours, he did not complain or showed any signs of annoyance. I rate our experience satisfactory.

Rich the manager, was very helpful and professional. He assisted me with my new device and explained everything to me. He made sure the purchase of new device was protected, and also took the time to make sure everything was set up. Amazing job!

I had a great customer service experience with A. Wali at the Brass Mills Center Mall in Waterbury. I normally avoid this mall and ended up going there as a last resort to up grade my kids iPads. He treated me with good energy and was very knowledgeable about apple products. He ordered my devices and followed up with me when they arrived. He is a class act and a asset to AT&T.

Jlynn is one of the best service reps that I have encountered at AT&T! She is very knowledgeable, helpful , informative, and extra extra courteous! This girl deserves a promotion, you are very blessed to have her as an employee. As i was at the store another customer agreed.
