Terrible customer service I went in there, asking them if they can look at my radio to see why it’s not working and I saw the lady worker in their hand the dude I was talking to a McDonald’s sandwich so I knew off rip i wasn’t getting help they wanted to eat their food instead of helping their customers Very disappointed in these people and then they’re telling me they can’t help me with my matter

Lady at front desk was rude with no customer service, Not helpful at all. If she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t be working with customers. I will take my services somewhere else. I said good morning and she said what can I get you. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years what I was taught is to greet the customer. She needs customer service training.

They need to reshuffle the staffs .They're Very lackadaisical and hesitant to attend to customers as if they're doing people favor to work there . And the Adult ones can not even lead the younger ones rightly . Very Very judgemental environment. If the management not acting on this issue . We make optional moves to other stores . Period!

Usually solid. But one time I came here to return used oil, because they said I could when I called, and they seemed mad at me for it, cuz their tank was full. No problem. Then they got more mad when I asked when the tank gets emptied. I was super polite, and they seemed annoyed and busy which is fine I guess but don't be rude to me about it, I was just politely asking.

My most recent headache before new years left me looking at the entire staff as highly unprofessional. The Spanish female manger with the glasses called another store to confirm they could have a part delivered by 3 the following day so i pay 400 for the part. Go in the next day and get told my part is in southington and that they never told me it would be delivered. got stuck paying my mechanic for wasting his time on top of having to strain my vehicle to drive back and forth from southington avoid this spot
