I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I recently experienced with Avis car rental. My reservation, made well in advance, resulted in an unacceptable experience that compelled me to bring this matter to your attention.I placed a reservation ahead of time for a vehicle with seven seats. However, my experience took a drastic turn for the worse when I received a call at 5 pm the evening before my scheduled pickup. To my dismay, I was informed that the vehicle I had reserved would not be available.This lack of timely communication and failure to honor a confirmed reservation is highly disappointing. It reflects poorly on the professionalism and customer service standards I anticipated from Avis. Such actions are not only inconvenient but also disrespectful of the customer's time and commitment.I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not recur. As a customer, I believe in the importance of reliable and efficient service, and my recent experience falls significantly short of these expectations.

Wish there was a no star option! Very poor service and was basically kicked out of the location with the dude stating that they are closed to call customer service. I don’t know how these companies keep these ppl on staff when there are so many other options for rental.

I cannot believe that I had a confirmed Prepaid reservation for 12p on a Saturday. I get here at 5 after 12 and this place locked up and no one in sight. How can you ACCEPT A RESERVATION AND BE CLOSED!!! Why would you not call to confirm or edit? I would never rent from here.

The employees are nice but the last car I rented here had bags of food under the seats from the previous renter and one of the key fobs didn’t work so I was locked out of my car for several hours. The rental agreement also said that the gas tank was full, but it was only halfway full when I picked it up. I spent an hour on the phone with Avis making sure I wasn’t charged because no one at this branch would answer the phone for 3 days.

Went to this branch for a replacement vehicle & Justin who was upfront was beyond helpful & nice about the transaction. Turned a stressful situation less stressful. It was truly appreciated.

Do not use Avis. I'm sure this location is fine in other aspects but Avis as a whole is awful. I rented a car after a car accident and prepaid it. Turns out my insurance had rented me a car and I returned this one to Avis. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting to get my refund from only having it 3 days. I can't get anyone on the phone. I did the d*** online thing, this company is awful.

Had a rental from Friday to Saturday dropped it off Saturday at noon it was close. Put key in drop box they charged me up until Monday so I couldn’t get my deposit back. Didn’t even have the car been brought it back. Very bad business. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

The car I got had a broken driver side wiper and it smelled like wet dog when the AC was turned on. But for the price compared to an airport, I won't complain. The car was clean and drove just fine.

Was told I’d get a partial refund if I returned the rental sooner, that was not true. So I paid 380 for a car I used for less than 24 hours. Just so they use that same car tomorrow for someone else that I already paid a whole a week for and over charge them too. I feel scammed honestly. How am I supposed to know how long it would take for my car to get fixed?

I don’t recommend nobody go here. Even if you have a discount price for it. They will charge you an extra day even if your a minute late. They don’t care, not Compassionate or understanding. They will not work with you on solving any problems you have. They will just tell you with an attitude to call Corporate.they might just give you the wrong number like they did me ??. I didn’t get nobody name but there’s a woman with blonde hair keeps her hair in a bun and young man with glasses and tattoos. They’re the ones that service me. They was rude and unprofessional.

Inexpensive rental plan, unlimited miles, easy pick up and delivery of vehicle. No hassle! They even let us hang out in the car waiting for our uber to pick us up since they can't let anyone in the building.
