“So I called to see if they could fill a dry battery for me and The guy on the phone was very polite and even more so helpful when I got down there. To say the least, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions as I don’t really know much about batteries in general. I’m not really one to write reviews on companies, but I felt it was necessary in this case thank you again. Dan H”

“My experience at O ? O ? O ? O'Reilly's ? !!!!! was great, I was in greeted as I entered the door with a big ol' good morning by the staff, which to my surprise is compromised if mostly women. I didn't think much of it, until I realized that as one young lady was checking the voltage ⚡ of my battery, that I looked to the side to see another young lady putting windshield wipers on another customer's vehicle. I proceeded to engage these young ladies in conversation, only to find out that these young ladies were more knowledgeable regarding vehicle and vehicle maintenance than myself. Good job ladies. I also realized that O'REILLY'S has reasonable prices. I personally love their prices. And they also have price match, so I can get my parts and supplies without the hassle of driving all over the state for competitive pricing. Excellent job to the management staff at O'Reilly's on Wolcott Street in Waterbury.”

“O’Reilly Auto Parts was the first result I found when looking for an auto parts store that would actually help someone with very little car knowledge. I’m so glad I went. 🚗🔧 I was greeted right away by Rey, the manager, and he was an absolute gentleman—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. I’ve never felt this comfortable at an auto parts store. I won’t be going back to Advance Auto Parts or AutoZone. O’Reilly Auto Parts has earned my business. 🙌🏼 Go see Rey at the Waterbury Thomaston Ave. location —you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about! 🔧🚗⭐”
