I was seriously considering pulling my account due to some frustrating phone experiences—but the counter crew kept me around. Thanks to their reliability and the convenience of Pro Benders Direct texting, I’m sticking with it. I appreciate the people I deal with regularly—y’all make the difference.

I had a great experience with Allison Theriault she was very helpful and kind in many aspects. I’m a contractors and I was having an issue we were missing a key component for us to finish the job and she pulled through for us and was able to find the missing part within minutes, very grateful to her.

I’ve been a customer at bender plumbing supply for the past 15 years throughout my career. The last 2 years as an owner/operator of my own business. Alison has been a great resource for myself and my clientele for picking out fixtures for remodels/such. I highly recommend seeing her in the showroom at the Waterbury location!
