BJ's Bakery is a well-organized and clean establishment, but the deli section can experience long wait times, especially when the ladies are working. However, when the guys are manning the area, customers can get in and out quickly. The store also offers prompt service, as seen in a positive experience with ordering a birthday gift, where the gift arrived early and the card wasn't charged until the product was shipped. However, a recent visit to the bakery resulted in a negative experience with Ruffles Potato Chips, which were cross-contaminated with a spicy ingredient, making them unusable.
I was searching for the best price to buy a birthday gift for my wife. When I ordered not only did the gift come early but my card wasn't charged until the product was shipped. I am so used to being charged days or weeks before i receive the item.
