This is the worst boost mobile store I’ve ever been too! Bought an iPhone 15 from the guy working there and it stopped working after a couple days with a sim problem, i brought it back to get help all he did was look at the phone not even go into my account anything at all flips it from front to back passes it back to me and goes “ can’t help you, you just have bad luck bring it to apple” that is terrible customer service and for another thing he should NOT be eating and watching tv while setting up peoples phones that’s how you can mess something up!!

I have the pleasure of handling my business at boost Mobile with Kevin, who is always at the store whenever I go. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable person. He makes my transaction time smooth and easy and he also remembers me every time I come in. I have got each one of the boost mobile services Thanks to Kevin for explaining everything to me. I also switch my services from cricket to boost mobile great store great experience always.

So I went to a few stores looking for a certain phone all the stores had sold out.but the phone was 99$ everywhere with 60 plan so on….well I went there and asked if they had the phone he said yes I asked how much he said 279 for phone. Plus60 plan plus connection plus 10 for sim..now I took a picture of the prices from the other boost when I showed him he wasn’t happy at all..called his boss…I was told by other stores about to be careful course they overcharge…..there not honest at all..

I called this store second because the first boost I called said I qualify for an upgrade the phone I was able to get they didn’t have at the first store they told me the price I would pay so I tried this store and was told it didn’t matter if I qualified the price of the phone at their store was a lot higher then the other store. Also the girl I spoke with didn’t attempt to be helpful in any way just kept say nope it’s this price here. I suggest staying away from that store. ( My Opinion)

Under new ownership. Absolutely do not buy a refurbished phone from here they are junk.They break and owner does not refund money for purchase. It happned to me and 3 other people I know.

Went here cause I got a new phone from boost in the mail and accidentally put the sim card in wrong. Sales person here told me he couldn't fix it and the phone was useless. He then tried to sell me a phone for $100+. I went home...fixed it very easily and now my phone works. So thanks boost...I will never step foot in that store again
