Woke Up With Pain And Is Fairly New To The Area. Couldn’t Even Walk But I Did A Quick Google Search And Found These Guys. I’ve Never Been Handled So Quickly And Professional In My Life. Straight To The Point They Were. They Even Communicated There Other Services Which I Will Indeed Be Using. Felt So Personable And Warm But I All I Had Was A Virtual Consult. Every time we come here is a great experience. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have been extra helpful in providing guidance with COVID testing. Their services are quick and very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Offers very convenient COVID testing when most other locations are fully booked. Took us at our appointment time, got our rapid results within 10 minutes. Will definitely go back the next time I need a COVID test. Friendly and professional staff

I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and care that my husband and I received at Park Pharmacy. We couldn’t find one clinic that would take walk-ins for Covid testing. Mitul and Jalpa told us to come right down and they would accommodate us. What a team! In 15 mins we had our results! The pharmacy is in a new location which was easy to locate and the interior is very neat and inviting. Thank you Mitul and Jalpa for your exceptional care!

Park Pharmacy is the most amazing place! Testing and booster process is flawless! The staff is courteous teous and helpful. The pharmacist on shift was professional, friendly and compassionate.Planning to transfer our prescriptions to this location. Thank you for wonderful customer service! Something not often seen these days. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff with speedy service! This place was recommended to me by a friend. I received my first vaccination here and had a great experience. So even though I live 45 minutes away, it was an easy choice for me to go back for my booster as well. They are clean, organized, and the best part for me was that there was no wait or crazy line! I highly recommend this place who wants a stress free experience.

Services I received today were efficient and incredible! It was easy to register online for a PCR test and the entire in person testing process took less than 5 minutes. My service provider was extremely kind and explained the entire process excellently. Highly recommend Park Pharmacy!

I was exposed to someone who tested positive to covid-19 and soon after started having symptoms. I know I am too sick to go to work and would be staying home to isolate anyways, but I wanted to get tested as soon as possible to know if I had covid or something else (a very bad cold, flu, bronchitis, pneumonia). If I were to test positive, I would need to notify the people that I had recently been in contact with. I was anxious thinking that I was with my parents who are both elderly and immunology-compromised. Not to mention with me being out so many days from work for being sick with several covid symptoms, they were going to ask me to test and provide them with the results. Would they accept me telling them, “sorry, I can’t get a test for another week?” I was worried the wouldn’t be okay with that. Well, I checked Rite Aid, CVS, and Walgreens, amongst many other testing sites, within a 30 mile radius. None had appointments for at least another week. I could take the risk and wait in line at a no-appointment kind of place, but I am not well enough to wait in a car for hours at a time. Does anyone see the problem here? No available appointments to get tested and too sick to wait hours in a car to get tested. The at home rapid tests are not as sensitive as the PCR tests, and even those are all but impossible to get a hold of lately. Just a hot mess!Well, Park Pharmacy came to my rescue. The owner answered my prayers and was able to get me an appointment the following day! It was not far from my home, so that was a bonus. I pulled into the parking lot and was told to call when I arrived, but before I could pull out my cell phone the owner himself came up to the driver’s side window and when I started talking, he knew who I was. He told me where to park and that someone would be out to give me the test shortly. No more than 5 minutes later, a woman dressed in medically protective gear came out and gave me the swab to self administer and instructions of what to do and when to expect the results. She was very friendly. Please support this privately owned pharmacy instead of the big ones. To the others, you are just a number.

I was able to get my PCR test done seamlessly! They have an online appointment booker and instructions to follow when you arrive to the location! They were very quick and friendly! I am thankful I was able to find somewhere that still had appointments as everywhere else I check said no availability till Monday or further unfortunately. I definitely recommend this pharmacy!!!’

This is the worst pharmacy. They never have the meds you need and they don’t even give the patient a curiosity call to say hey we don’t have the medication. And they claim they don’t get prescription when the doctors can see that they opened the request. I sat in my doctors office and watched her send over a script I called for them to tell me they called it in when they didn’t call early in the morning and 5pm in the afternoon I called to see if it was ready for them to say we don’t have the medication like someone could have called me earlier so I could have made different arrangements. So now I have to be in pain until they get the medication. It’s always a issue and excuses with these people if I was yoi I would NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY. and don’t talk about how rude some of them are when they answer the phone

The delivery drivers are very patient, they redeliver a couple of times when people are not home. Especially Julio is very polite and patient even when making a couple attempts to deliver meducations. He should get a raise!
